The guy is very niece and patient. Is mainly wigs and extentions and the makeup at reasonable price

The attendants and cashier were very friendly and patient, I forgot my card and the cashier was nice enough to help me set up my apple pay. The attendant was also very patient in helping me try on multiple wigs. This store also has some of the best wigs I’ve seen for their price. They have a nice assortment, but the styles of the wigs are mostly up to date with quality lace.

No complaints. I go out of my way to hit this spot for their Janet Human Hair each time I braid my hair- (about 5 times a year). They always have really good deals on it. Some of their other items are a bit pricey, but what I go there for is perfectly priced. The place is always super clean and well organized. Because of that, I'm typically in and out- no wandering around aimlessly in search of things.
No people standing around gossiping.
No bulky boxes or clutter in the walkways.
No employees following me around the store. Helpful staff.

Very nice. The people that work there are awesome, they always help me whenever I have questions about certain products. The makeup selection is a lot more than most supply stores I've been in.

This is very intrusive of my privacy.
I do not allow anybody to see any of my photos that I take. Unless I send them to that person. This is an invasion of my privacy and there is a law against it!

I didn't purchase anything here, but as I looked I was asked if I needed help, and shown everything I was interested in. I would go back here if I needed any beauty supplies.

Would have given 5 stars, but was irritated at the fact that the woman in charge of wigs followed me around the store. #weird

The owner needs to hire girls who know something about lace fronts. The girl helping with the lace fronts is not helpful. She has a terrible attitude

Teresa was the greatest. Very helpful and kind in helping me. I was very nervous going in ants she made me feel relaxed. Helping me find a beautiful wig.

I'm happy to have this beauty supply nearby.

I actually started coming here about 6-8 months ago after getting tired of having to drive into Tampa for the items I wanted.

I've never had an issue with customer service and I've never been or felt racially-profiled. I'm always greeted warmly when I enter the store and staff has always been willing to answer my questions.

Plus, you can get some better prices on items that may cost more elsewhere.

I'd recommend this store to a friend.

I just don't like their customer service. While there has never been an altercation, they truly treat their customers horribly. I just checked out with a cashier who held even my one dollar bill up to check if it was a fraudulent bill and barely mumbled thank you. Last dollar you'll have to check that's coming out my wallet. I just expect more.

Worst experience at a beauty supply store. We were racially profiled. Followed around and received the same service at their "sister store" off kings and 60. I won't spend a dime at either one. If they don't like black ppl they shouldn't run a business that caters to black hair care. I am a Christian and don't think any customer deserves to be treated this way!

Actually 5+5+5+4+1+1+1=22 / 7 should read 3.1 stars! Not 3.9,
and now adding my 1 star gives your shop a 2.8 rating which is pretty low.
Also disappointed store is not open during hours advertised.
Get it together people.

The first two times I went I told myself NEVER to go back but it was halloween and they were on my way. The customer service is garbage, the staff has ZERO knowledge of their own products, They have one employee who is loud and wrong. She watches you like a hawk and the other girl tries to be funny but it's unnecessary banter and border line rude. I will not be returning to this circus

A bit pricey when compared to other beauty suppliers. Only visit if i really have no other choice
