Absolutely love Brianne! She is amazing at what she does. Always super accommodating, knowledgable and very friendly. I could not be more grateful to her and all that she has done for me over the past 6 years. She's always willing to squeeze me in for last minute appointments too. I can not recommend her enough.
Presented for a scheduled appointment but the door was locked and although it stated the business opened 30 min prior to my appointment the door was locked and lights were out. Poor customer service. I waited over 15 minutes and still no one arrived to open the business. No email no txt. Just disregarded my scheduled appointment. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
Horrible experience, absolutely no bedside manner. I went in for my first visit and right off the bat, I felt attacked, bullied and intimated by her accusatory voice. Both her tone and words. Brianne is mean and not welcoming. Almost like she is testing you to see if you can stand your ground as she is attacking you!
I walked out without getting the acupuncture I needed, and she kept my money. Stay away!
