I recently had the pleasure of working with OptaMiss and I couldn't be more impressed. In searching for the best roof consulting firm in the Miami area, I chose OptaMiss because this team's knowledge during the initial consultation truly set them apart. I had the pleasure of speaking with Zachary who put together a great proposal that met my specific project’s needs. Then both Josue and Amilly performed a thorough attic inspection with expertise and patience. And then when I received the inspection report, I really appreciated the attention to detail. I also felt like their prices were reasonable and we received the full report which was very detailed within a matter of days. Amilly and Optamiss have been simply amazing to work with. Our building is 60 years old and has 24 apartments in Bay Harbor Island. For a few years our Condo Association did their best to maintain and repair the roof.

Finally we knew it was time for a new roof, you can only do so many repairs. We had a flat roof which created issues, we were able to pitch the roof and use the latest in roofing systems.
