Opti-mart - A Sight360 Company, Inverness FL

I paid for my visit in full, in person. Was later sent a bill from a 3rd party billing company for an exam I never have done. When I called in to dispute it the person on the line said a lot of people are having the same issue but they can't do anything about it.

There were 3 young ladies working that were new to us. They were AWESOME! Two of them jumped right in to help my kids choose glasses and both helped my kids make nice choices. They were quick and knowledgeable!

It was a True Blessing that a coworker recommended Opti-mart to me. For the past several years I’ve had to drive to Shands in Gainesville because my daughter has down syndrome in order for my daughter to have her eyes checked. (1hr 45 mins one way) When we went into Opti-Mart in Inverness (15 minutes from my house) I was very surprised that the Doctor there had the same tools, and the same ability to check my daughter‘s eyes without having her look into a machine and answer questions that she didn’t understand. The entire staff was very Professional, Respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Opti-Mart in Inverness to anybody needing eye care.

The staff was nice, but I had only went because I had a referral to have my eyes dilated to see if they swell in the back. The doctor didn't do that, and when checking my vision he only had me read three letters with one eye (which I had trouble reading) and said I had 20/20 vision so he didn't bother with the other eye. Was very rushed and honestly feel like it was a waste of money since what I was initially sent there for never even got done.
The doctor himself was okay, but he seemed annoyed at the fact I was even there.

Optimistic is the Best! They should Be Rated #1.

Professional and friendly staff. Good selection of Eyewear. Quick return on ordered glasses

This is to notify that on 7/21/2023, I reported to this optic -mart location in Inverness. I've brought with me my mother glasses prescription, her insurance and the old lenses frame. A very nasty and arrogant person with the name Danielle, Graham, supervisor start to measure my mom glass, then stated that she couldn't pull my mother Medicare insurance up, which Crystal river location after I made a call, did it. She lie to me and made up a rule and law that after I called the crystal river manager were not in place in the company. I went back to get her name, and after called her a Lier on her face, the manger with a name Paul Day came out of his office and in a very disrespectful way order me to get out the store. Similar bad attitude and arrogances, were experienced in the Crystal river location, and it look like both managers are in cover up their arrogant staff in their behavior, specially with elderly peoples. I do not recommended this bad business to any one.

After checking our insurance they schedule an appointment but on that day they refused because we're not covered. Very unprofessional!

I have been getting my exams and glasses here for several years. I really like the doctor. He's very knowledgeable and gives you instant information about your exam. The staff is always polite and helpful.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail I received. The OptiMARK doctor discovered a major problem with my previous prescription from another optometrist. The problem was corrected and I now have excellent vision. Thank you OptiMARK for a job. Well done!

My first time visiting and I loved it. Great people. Dr. Is the best I've ever been to. The ladies up front very knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice people. Great experience. Highly recommend. Now my second visit. The doctor and staff are awesome.

Mr Day told my client that she had glaucoma? My client went to the specialist that Mr Day referred her to. They immediately told her that she does not have glaucoma! Are you kidding me OptiMart? Don't ask me to email the corporate office again, they NEVER replied to my first email that you asked me to write! This man doesn't deserve any title other than. I'll let you fill it in. Way to go Comprehensive Retina Consultants! My client needs glasses, that's it! She will not be returning to your store! Mr Day just didn't want to exam someone with special needs! Shame on you. He was in an angry mood and pulling his passive aggressive personality, everyone says he's disgustingly rude, never heard anything good about him. Don't insult my intelligence! I'm just thrilled we won't be going back! Cheerio.

My name is Denise Schultz and my client is *blank* who is handicapped mentally and physically. We went into Dr Days room for * to be examined.

Dr Day said she has glaucoma in both eyes, I was shocked to hear that, and said really? With a shocked facial expression. He nastily said, yes I always joke about glaucoma.

Then he said to me, she's being uncooperative and I can't go further. I calmly said, she's not being uncooperative, she has special needs. ** said, yeah I have cerebral palsy. In his passive aggressive personality said, I sense anger in you, why are you a angry with me? Again, I calmly said, I'm not angry, I just didn't appreciate you insulting Donna. Then he was kind of nice stating he sees many people with disabilities.and he really likes these people (another insult).

Then, he gave the girl upfront the piece of paper referring * to a specialist. Now, we're just waiting to hear from Casey in the main office.

Apparently he has the reputation of being disgustingly rude. If it were my child or myself, it would have been an ugly situation.
