I got a great finance approval to use here, but they do not speak English to accommodate me! That sucks they Spanish only inclusive! Yet all other business' are forced into diversity!?

Called to ask how much an eye exam is and was told 85$, not including glasses. Tell me why when I got there, the lady went into the back, wrote down on a piece of paper that the total is 650$. Mind you, I didn’t even get the chance to pick out my glasses yet. What glasses are 565$? My Prada glasses does not even cost this much!

The product itself is good
I bought my glasses and they are fine, I am happy with it but the problem is that those who work there have lied to me on two occasions since I decided to give them a new opportunity (buy a second pair of glasses for my family member) but I was a bit upset because My glasses took almost a month and they said it would only take 10 days.
Every time I called to ask, they made up any problem with the shipping.
When I went to buy the second lenses, I asked if they would take as long as the first ones and they said no, 10 days and no more.
Here I am waiting for the glasses after three weeks and with a lot of excuses again.

My experience was exceptional. Yesterday I went desperate for some glasses for my child and solved the problem. Thanks to the team and especially to Dr Keny.tremendous person and professional.thank you thousands of blessings.

The experience was not good because the glasses are bad, I had to go through about 10 kisses because the legs of the glasses all loosen and the lenses were loose, I do not recommend it

If I could give it half a star I would do it, the exam they do is very good and you choose which lens you see best with and everything they even help you choose your frame BUT they told me that they would deliver the product to me in 15 days for my special case since I only see I only had one eye so I had to make some modifications to my lenses, Hurricane Ian happened and they told me they were a week late, on week 4 I called and they told me that there has been a problem because my order was delayed they said it would arrive This Saturday, I called and they told me that the shipping company does not work on weekends and that they would deliver it to me on Monday because supposedly my glasses are already made, I just need them to arrive and they would call me. Today is Monday 4: 37 pm, a month has passed and they haven't called me and it is extremely important that I have my glasses because my vision in one eye is too strained but there it is, totally disappointed, every time I call they tell me something new
