UPDATE: Since they won't let me respond their reply I will update this! HE ABSOLUTELY WORKED THERE! HE TOOK OUR GLASSES BEHIND THE WALL AND TALKED TO SOMEONE LOUDLY ENOUGH THAT WE HEARD HIM AND WHAT HE SAID! HE THEN WALKED OUT WITH A PIECE OF PAPER AND SAID WE COULD LEAVE OUR NAME AND NUMBER AND IF YOU GET THE PART IN, YOU'D CALL US! HE WAS INN SHORTS AND A RED SHIRT, GLASSES AND A SHORT BEARD! DON'T GASLIGHT ME DON'T LIE!

Terrible customer service! They took our glasses that we had repaired there last time, and paid for, went back to get them fixed again and he took them back and said to another guy, "why don’t they go back to where they bought them? Why do they have to come here? " WOW! Jack A$$ in shorts and a tshirt, not professional, rude and narcissistic!

Wrong prescription and poor service.
Actually, there is no service. I tried to contact them to see how they would resolve my issue, they won't respond. I left a bad review on their web site but it mysteriously never appeared. I'm convinced the reviews they do show are fake. Save your time and money, avoid these people at all cost.

Love this place! Always very helpful when I need my glasses adjusted or need to buy some new ones. They are always very kind with a smiling face. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you, guys, for being you.

Scam Company who doesn't respond to bad products or stated policy returns and warranties. Don't waste your money on this comunist China company who provides no responce once they have your money. (Crickets) for warranty and or return issues. Buyers Beware!

The staff is super B.
Very friendly and polite. No pressure and I felt very comfortable to window shop at the store.
They also, fixed my husband’s glasses arms very good.

I’ve had a good experience in the past but this time my prescription didn’t work. I had to go back for a new one and they charged me for the second visit! That is just wrong.

Staff did not put all my information in and found out the doctor was not approved for my insurance. Waste of an appointment had to take time off work. In my business we would take care of the customer but instead health care sucks they could care less. Come back another time we will call you when we get approved. Need younger staff if they can’t use the technology appropriately. Besides that the guy looks like he was ready to go fish in fishing not be a doctor for the day. Would not recommend at all. Doubt they will call be back for a new appointment. Would pay out of pocket for some one else than use my insurance with them.

I have been going to the Optical Factory For approximately 14 years now. I was just there yesterday for an eye exam with Dr. LaPlume. He is very professional, personable, and is on top of his game with the new technologies.
The friendly and professional staff, Darlene, Renee, Nathan.take the best and most thorough care of you whether it’s eyeglass choices or general fittings. I can’t recommend the Optical Factory more highly!

I've been going here for more than twenty years. Great, thorough eye exam, terrific selection of frames, and very professional and helpful opticians to ensure that your glasses meet your needs.

Easy going efficient. They solved a problem for me that the other places couldn't. They ordered special lenses to take care of my unique situation.explained that my eyes hadn't been tested properly and they were better lenses available, so I signed up for it. The other place told me I needed cataract surgery and lenses would not correct the problem, well not true, the results are spectacular, I can see again. Apparently I have a very unique and difficult prescription so I can not recommend this place enough.

Love Dr Tucker. Also love the great personal service and amazing selection of eyeglass frames. Best place I've found!
