Excellent service, and efficient staff. I’ve been here twice now in the past two years and both times I had a great experience. If you want to waste time sitting in a waiting room or shooting the breeze, don’t go to this eye doctor because they are very busy. However if you need a quality exam without a lot of fluff, this is the place to go!

My frames broke over the weekend and Britney S. Was able to find a frame that fit my lenses, as I had to fly out of state. Thanks for saving me.

Brittany was very helpful and most courteous. All facets of this place of business are customer focused.
I will tell others about my experience.

The absolute WORST place you can ever receive eyewear! The environment is more like you're being pressured to purchase a brand new car rather than actually try and help you find the right fit for you. The actual ophthalmologist is nice as she can be, however her bedside manner wasn't the best. She was very standoffish and had a general approach that seemed very robotic. Perhaps it's because they were forcing multiple patients at once so there wasn't any personal interaction (literally 10 people within 30 minutes) as they were just trying to get as many in and out as possible. Then after I carefully chose a pair of glasses that was within my spending range the associate was constantly rushing me to choose a pair of glasses and tried to add an additional $80 to my bill.if it had not been the fact that I understood my benefits I would have paid well over $120 over the amount that I ended up paying. My benefits allows me to get an additional discount if I go as over the amount allowed l, but the associate failed to mention this.luckily I gladly reminded her. They tried to get me to purchase some extra protection for my glasses however I declined. She then told me they legally cannot sell me the glasses without me paying for this additional service. This is not my first time buying glasses so I knew it were untrue. So then I said I will just take my prescription and go to another eye doctor, then she stated well the only way they'd be able to sell me the glasses still is if I signed away documentation stating that I understood I declined the service. Very misleading. I was told that my glasses would take two weeks to come to me. That's more than I've ever had to wait for a pair of glasses. During this two-week. They decided to close their practice before it was mandated by the governor. I called to see what would become of my glasses to which they replied it would be mailed out to me. Here I am today a week and a half from the so-called delivery date, and not only are they not able to provide me with a tracking but my glasses still have not arrived to me. I was told a district manager will contact me within 2 days about my missing glasses. It has now been over a month waiting for one pair classes that no one knows where they are however I paid for. Steer clear of this place you have been warned!

You can learn more about commitment to customer service when there's a problem than when everything goes smoothly. Such was the case with the staff at this Optical Outlets location. Not only were they friendly, courteous and professional during the trouble-free selection, ordering and fitting steps, they maintained the same demeanor when faced with an issue after pickup.

While driving back to my office, I realized the prescription on the distance-vision pair was not correct, appearing to have the same prescription as the computer-vision pair. When I called to report my concern, the young man who answered the phone immediately said to bring them in for him to check. Even though I arrived less than 15 minutes before closing, he took the time to look up my records, note that both pair did have the computer-vision prescription and arrange for replacement lenses in one. He did not question the source of the error, but simply apologized for the mistake and for the time it would take to complete the replacement.

The selection of frames is decent, prices are reasonable and quality seems good, so I plan to return again when shopping for glasses.

Viviana was awesome. She treated my wife and I very professionally. She did the best she could to give me the best prices on my new glasses. I highly recommend anyone to see Viviana. I had a great experience.
Will rate 5 stars if glasses come in on time.
