5Overall a poor outdated facility. I chose to go to this eye doctor because of my insurance change. Would not recommend this location to my coworkers. I ended up paying full price out of pocket to go to another doctor to get evaluated and the correct prescription.
The staff were extremely rude. They barely wanted to ask questions and the air conditioning was one of the out of the wall ones that made soo much noise. Only the doctor was nice. If I had insurance questions or prescription questions I’d be on my own. They also take forever for the glasses you order to come in. I just didn’t feel appreciated as a client there
The woman with the king lashes and long nails at the front was really rude and maybe should work on her customer service skills
It has a young African-American who is a zero to the left serving the public. We went and he was on the phone. He didn't have the courtesy to ask why we were there. We sat waiting for him to serve us. But nothing.
We left and he didn't so he asked us how he could help us. He didn't care at all. People like this do not suit the business
This place is horrible, don’t come here. The front desk lady seems to hate her job and all the customers that come in. It’s like she’s annoyed that she has to talk to you and if you need help she won’t bother. On top of that the open hours are so random that it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get what you need when you need it. I still haven’t received what I ordered and it’s taking more than 2 weeks when they said it would take one and a half at the most. Been stuck wearing old glasses as a result unable to see.
