They need organization as soon as you arrive at the place
Because they don't give arrival priority and people are lost
They should put numbers at the entrance and so they call in order

Netrirah (Hope I spelled that correctly) she is always so pleasant and nice. Makes our appointments go so smooth. Any questions I have she answers with no problem. This location has always been great with my kid’s. No matter which eye doctor we rotate to my kid’s have been comfortable with.

Elijah was nice and friendly and the place is very clean and all the staff is very friendly and understanding with kids. Thank you for your time

I had an awesome experience at Optical outlets today and Elijah was very courteous and professional and he made sure that I am going to have everything that I need to make sure I get the best deal for my eyesight and he was very friendly as well I recommend if you want to get great service they are the one's to go to The Golden Gate Location

I like going to this specific location because, even when I live far away, they always manage to provide me with the care I need.
They have a great variaety of frames and prising is just reasonable.
At times it gets a bit crowded, but the assistants there do a great job with customers overall. I would definitelly recommend it.

The the location is great for me. I felt welcomed and was greeted right when when I entered the building. The service was great and the gentleman that was helping me was very professional. I will encourage my friends to order their glasses here.

This week on Tuesday afternoon my wife and I went to this place to get our eyes checked. Unfortunately the young woman who was serving the public does not have a notion that she is being friendly. I tell her that I have insurance and I give her the card, she looks at her and she tells me that if she doesn't have coverage, she can't help me, I have to call and ask. Isn't it easier to allow me a seat and offer her help to verify that? I went to my vehicle and called and indeed I have coverage. My wife goes again and tells her that we do have coverage, and now she says that we must wait until she vacates because she was attending to a person who arrived after us. There I told my wife not to waste time waiting for a person who does not know how to treat the public well. Mr.owner, good service and a good reference create clients and do not scare them away. I only took the time to write this so others don't waste their time getting mistreated to go to your business.

I suggest to have a better customer service front desk if you don’t want to keep losing customers, yesterday I had a really bad experience there, I WOULD GIVE 0 starts if I COULD! I went in, to my appointment and due to traffic I get there 8 min late, the Hispanic lady told me in a rude way that I was late, and to hurry to fill out the paper. While I was filling it out she told me that if I called my insurance because apparently they don’t take VSP. Always when she talked to me was in a rude way, I told her okay, and she grab the paper and I walked away. I called my insurance to ask if was true that optical outlets didn’t take VSP and my insurance told me that yes they do. Anyways, I would never took my business to that place anymore.

I received my glasses today. I loved them Professional and quality treatment. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
