I came to pick up my contacts after i recieved a rude call from one of the people that worked there telling me if i don't pick them up by friday shes sending them back. She said shes done with them and i kept them here to long. I understand that i had them here to long but i had transportation issues which made it difficult to get here. It was very unessessary for her to speak to me that way. But she had enough, she was breaking up with my contacts, she was DONE with them. However Gracie was wonderful and helped when i first came to order contacts and was so helpful and nice when i came to pick them up.

The team was very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend getting your glasses here!

Boy, reading the reviews I wish I would’ve met this majestic ‘Gracie’ with the fabulous customer service because apparently she wasn’t there when we were. No one greeted us as we stood awkwardly at the front. We had an appointment that was confirmed, all ppwk completed online, had to wait a bit to see the Dr. Had a very drab tech do the prelim stuff then had a great informative exam w Dr Reed. Then back to the messy, chaotic corral to hunt for grubby dirty frames from the tiniest little section of possibilities available to be covered by our insurance. The visit was fine. Not great. Not bad just fine. Glasses came quickly and upon pickup we asked for them to be tightened and the lady just grabbed them and bent them right in front of us. Didn’t try them on to see if that was right, didn’t even stand up. It was awkward and uncomfortable-like we could bend our own glasses, we wanted a professional adjustment which was not received. My daughter still needs them tightened but I think we’ll just swing by somewhere else to get that done. Maybe they’ll treat us like appreciated customers who’ve never worn glasses before. Likelihood of a return visit is slim to none. The 3 stars are only due to the Dr being pretty great.

I got glasses here 2 years ago. When I went to pick them up, I couldn’t see to get back to my car. They told me I would get used to them. They sold me bifocals, which greatly distorts my downward vision. Totally blurry. I took them back. 10 days later I was summoned to pick them up. I couldn’t see any difference, and as I turn my head, the outside edges are totally blurry. There is really only a clear line of sight in these lens about the size of a quarter. Everything else is distorted. I have to remove the glasses before I step off a curb or I WILL fall! I stuck them away for 2 years, after struggling for 2 weeks, but have had to retrieve them this week, because my good Dollar General readers broke. I have spent 5 days staggering like a drunk, because these glasses are so badly prescribed. Also, the plastic frames I chose to be durable have stretched out so they fall off when I look down! I would never recommend this place if your vision is really important to you!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years. Sometimes I think about going to some other places that are bigger and fancier but I really like the optometrist here and his staff is excellent. Gracie, in particular, is always helpful. They don’t have as many choices in frames but I like that. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed in the larger stores and everything starts to look the same. Gracie has always been great in helping me to choose just the right frames. Thanks to this location for always providing exactly what I need each year!

Gracie is awesome. I mean it. The best customer service rep ever. Seriously, took control and persevered through all the processing of working to establish a Hunana flex card process. She did it with grace and honor no negative emotion trying to push it through. Truly with kindness she was in command and made it happen. Blessings. She awesome

My first eye exam with Optical Outlet. I was greeted by Grace. I expressed my thoughts about doctor options. She warmly replied to give the current doctor a chance that I will be pleased and that's exactly what happened! The doctor was professional thorough and very pleasant. The entire staff Awesome!
I was guided to frames that would be best for me and how much I wanted to spend. Mucho gracias. Lastly I was very happy with how well the eye pressure test went. Usually I have to skip it or it takes many attempts stressing me out. Today it was first try a bullseye

My wife and I both feel Gracie is the reason that gives us comfort in repeating our three years of visits. She is very knowledgeable with our benefits, insurance policies, insurance company's contacts which saves us lots of frustrations. Her job performance soothes the truth in the changes of our health and the cost to correct any new changes. She saved us money as well as made money for the companies connected. Her motherly and friendly charms are appreciated.
