Dr. Sherman was very thorough with us, she was patient with our eye exam & passionate about our eye care. Yohan was just as awesome, very knowledgeable & honest with assisting my daughter & I to select the best frames & necessities.

I enjoyed a professional pleasurable experience at Optical Outlet Ocoee. The staff was courteous, genuine and helpful in making sure I received good product and service. Special thanks to Yohan for his notable customer service.

Just contacted the clinic to schedule an appointment for my 5 year-old and was pleasantly surprised and assisted by Yoalli Hernandez.
She went above and beyond to assist and was extremely polite ️

Dr. Handy was absolutely wonderful today. So nice, welcoming and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my vision. She was very gentle with my eyes during the examination and made sure I was completely 100% comfortable and not anxious in any way. Even the dilation was amazing. I won't go anywhere else or to any other doctor. Dr. Handy is it from now on for me. Also picking out my new glasses was a wonderful experience. I couldn't ask for better. They worked with me to see what my insurance covered and what I could reasonably get, and I'm excited to get my new glasses in the next couple of weeks. Cannot recommend Optical Outlets and Dr. Handy enough!

My husband and I met with Faith Lugo to get quote on glasses for my husband. Faith was extremely knowledgeable about my husbands Medicare Advantage plan and what they cover. She also went a step further and checked current promotions to see which option would be the most economical while providing the most lens options. Faith was most respectable in responding to my many questions. I cannot say enough about her pleasant and professional demeanor! Optical Outlet should be very honored to have Faith on their team!

I do so appreciate great customer service.the doctor was so upbeat and her positive attitude that it was infectious hahaha.the gentleman that coached me for my contacts was also amazing I really want you guys to keep these two lovely people inside your employment. I do so apologize for not getting or keeping their card with me handy. Amazing job and amazing staff thank you guys.

Today I went into optical outlet for an appointment and I had the pleasure with working with Moises. He was beyond helpful and understanding. Even though it took me forever to find my glasses he didn’t show no sign of frustration. Being a woman you know we can be a bit indecisive lol but he was wonderful and has excellent customer service.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is Great place! Very friendly and Respectful. The staff does an amazing job! Makeing sure your needs are met from the moment you walk in the door. They are very polite, professional and honest makeing you feel welcome and give you the attention that every patient deserves in every appointment. I definitely recommend. This is the place to go!

I was excited to make an appointment at Optical Outlet when I was told that they accepted both of my son's insurances. In fact, I made 3. One for him, my husband and myself. Vision exams were done and we were happy with the doctor. We then needed to pick out eyeglasses. We were told what each of my son's insurances would cover and so we stuck strictly to each plan. Once we paid everything, on our way home, I noticed that they had billed us for the co-pay for my son's exam. This was suppose to be picked up by the 2nd insurance. So I called the next day and was told that they only bill 1 insurance. What? Why tell me that you accept both if your only going to bill 1. This is poor customer service and very misleading. So PLEASE be ADVISED! They accept multiple insurances for a person, but will only ever bill one! This is not common practice. Even in the words of Kim, their manager in Tampa, "We bill the primary (Commercial) insurance first! " Leading me to believe that there should be a 2nd billing! If I had know this up front, I would have never gone here and would have found a place that billed insurances the way they are suppose too.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was treated very nice by the staff. They were very helpful and respectful. I will definitely come back to this location especially if Vanessa and Mary are around they are awesome.

I usually don’t give reviews but I think this one is necessary. They have poor customer service and don’t recognize their mistakes. They are very disorganized as well. They feel as they are doing their patients a favor. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great service from beginning to end. Vwry processional and sweet staff. A smile goes a long way but to SEE kindess is heartfelt, here at optical outlets. You do need good insurance though and that they have ni control over. I got transitions for 50 bucks and some insurance they accept is even less. Come on.

I love the personal service and kind staff. They will go above and beyond to make sure my vision needs are met. They are professionals and an outstanding value.

Horrible experience. My dad is an old man, and I took him there for new glasses. First I felt disrespected because the Spanish girl at the desk assumed that we could not pay for the glasses. The Asian eye doctor was very rude and without patience. She ended up giving my dad very bad lenses that we had to go get new ones. I didn't have enough proof to say for certain that these people discriminate against a particular race, but I will definitely not go there or refer anyone I know to go there. The only person I received great service from was a gentleman who helped us pick the frames for the lenses. I wish I remembered his name.

Worst experience and headache ever. I got my eye exam last year in July 2017 and now I’m looking to get my contact exam which per my insurance I am eligible to get done. Well these jokers won’t do the exam and fitting because the eye exam was done more than 30 days ago and they want to redo an eye exam before they can do contact and fitting. So I don’t recall being asked if I wanted to get contact exam done but I was told I didn’t check anything on the question. Well you never asked me now I can’t get an exam anywhere because of these jokers. Do not get an exam EVER with these people.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was treated very nicely and did not wait long to be attended. The staff was very helpful and respectful. A young lady named, Keisha, did a great job helping me pick out some frames. They were very patient with me and were understanding. I will definitely come back.
