I recently had a baby and gained over 40lbs during pregnancy. My goal was to lose at least 20lbs in 3 months! I started going to Optimal Fitness once cleared by doctor. Mickey (the owner) immediately sat down and helped me with nutritional intake and setting goals that I could achieve with my busy lifestyle as a new mom! After only 2 months of training with him, not only did I lose my original goal of 20lbs, I loss a Total of 47lbs in just TWO months! His customer service is amazing, he is always available and very flexible with scheduling his clients! I recommend this gym to everyone looking to get in the best shapes of their lives! You won’t be disappointed!
