My therapy, led by Amy Travnicek, was top notch and very effective. I improved my range and strength at a steady rate. Amy incorporated a varied and challenging set of exercises and helped me maintain the correct form and to stay motivated.

Had a full right knee replacement in April 2023. I would not be where I am today 16 weeks post-surgery in my recovery without the excellent physical therapy care I received from Jacob. Jacob is an excellent Physical Therapist, very knowledgeable, great concern and very personable. After 12 weeks working with Jacob, I’m 70-75% back to doing pre-surgery activities. I’m scheduled for a full left knee replacement in October and definitely will continue working with Jacob. I highly recommend Jacob and OPPT for all your Physical Therapy needs.
