Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies Winter Haven

The only other physical therapy clinic I went to I worked with a physical therapy assistant, here the physical therapist works with you. Nick was very helpful and friendly and patient when I was having trouble doing the exercises correctly. In about a month, following through with the exercises at home as recommended, my back pain was under control even while working a physical job (not recommended). 3 months later and I haven’t had any major flare ups.

I had a complicated knee replacement and OPPT got me back playing Pickleball, kayaking and enjoy the outdoors again. Ariel knew just when to push me a little bit more and just when to back off. She kept PT interesting by adding new challenges each week. Everyone that works there was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend OPPT.

My experience with Ariel and Alicia working on improving my pain and mobility was definitely 5 star service with their professional expertise and personal approach by asking questions and following up with feedback on what techniques are working best for you. They bring humour and a sense of true concern when dealing with you as a person and not just a client. I would suggest that if you are looking for accurate and detailed relief from your ailments that you definitely talk with these ladies.

Worked with Nic on extensive & varied exercises to accommodate the healing & strengthening of my ankle…. All in a very friendly atmosphere. 2 thumbs up!

I was given individual attention & found that the physical therapy not only was the very thing I needed but I experienced the relief I needed while strengthening my Core. I felt that my therapist understood exactly what my body was trying to tell me.

Started coming here for PT on my knee after a work injury. Everyone is truly fantastic. From scheduling to initial evaluation to working to regain motion and strength. I am someone that doesn’t like “working out”, but I love coming here. All of the trainers take the time to get to know your capabilities and limits and help you push through those barriers. If you need physical therapy, OPPT Is the best option!

The rehabilitation facility is spacious, comfortable and very clean. With a pleasant, fun and very professional atmosphere.

It also has a few therapeutic equipments that help you to improve, or to have a faster recovery, depending of your condition.

But the best of all, is the staff! Made up of excellent professional therapists, who have extensive capacity in various techniques and physiotherapy treatments.

P. S. Mrs. Evans, you are the best therapist I have ever had! Keep doing the good work, (Relajate.)
