Sam the lead installer, Wyatt the lead technician and the entire team at Optimum Air are fantastic! My A/C fan motor was acting up again and the team answered my call immediately and repaired my unit quickly and cost effectively. They are an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely efficient and provided me with peace of mind. I highly recommend Optimum Air!

Sam and Andy from Optimum Air did a fantastic job! They were prompt and thorough and were able to quickly install as our AC went out late Thursday night. They left their working space cleaner than when they arrived. They really did a great job in keeping updated with their progress throughout the day. We are very satisfied and happy to be back with our AC:)

Optimum Air was so great to work with! We arrived late afternoon for the season to find our condo had no a/c. I made a call to Optimum around 8: 00 pm to leave a message in hopes of getting a tech the next day. LaVonne called me back within 5 minutes! I turned down emergency service saying we would be fine for a night. The next morning Sammy showed up to find our underground line set had been damaged. They offered a portable a/c to get us through until they could replace the line set. Sammy, Andy & Austin showed up a day later and had our unit repaired in about 5 hrs. Great guys. Explained everything as they were going and very professional and polite. Clean up was completed and we were more than happy to have a/c again!
I will definitely use these guys in the future and highly recommend Optimum Air. Our unplanned maintenance could not have gone better.

What more can be said about Optimum? They are the platinum example of what a service company should strive to be. They arrived early, finished their work quickly and completely, and cleaned up thoroughly. The pricing is beyond fair and their techs are honest. They came in after another company (literally) made a mess and did a fantastic job, I couldn’t recommend them more! They will be my go to company for everything they can do.

Optimum Air showed up when they said they would. They came back to followup on unfinished service quickly and efficiently. They replaced our AC system due to the surge waters from Ian and did so at a price which some other companies would/could not match.
They came back to service it for free within the year to make sure it was oerating correctly.

Maintenance and upgraded duct work along with the installation of an Air Scrubber was all preformed efficiently and flawlessly by a team of experts! No need to look anywhere else for your A/C needs because Optimum Air is the best!

I called for maintenance as a new customer and had an immediate response. The owner of the company was knowledgeable and profession. He made a few recommendations, explained with no pressure. We decided to go with his recommendations and someone came the next day. Communication was great and service was excellent.

My allergies and asthma have become so bad I had to go to a pulmonologist to get chest x-rays, tests, and more meds. I was getting sick much more often the last couple of years. While changing my furnace filters recently I noticed that there was water coming out of the vent in the utility room and some mold on the vent. Upstairs was smelling musty for a while but never knew why. Optimum came out and immediately identified the problem and showed me several moldy areas in the mechanical room and leaking around all the duct work. They had to seal up all of the duct work that my builder should have done. They installed a UV air cleaner I asked for, and installed a very large dehumidifier in the attic. They sprayed all of the mold. -I added the second floor option to this model home so it was not their standard build. So It appears the builder did not add extra exhaust vents in the roof to accommodate the extra upstairs a/c unit adding more heat and moisture to the attic. There was also other other issues they resolved because the builder did not do what they were suppose to do when they built the house 3 years ago. This is one of the big name builders in this area and throughout the country! After only one day this is the first night in a long time I did not wake up at night with a stuffed up nose and having to taking my inhaler. I hope this helps others - call optimum!

I can't say enough about Chandler and his team at Optimum Air. I was in a sticky situation with brand new air conditioning that wasn't functioning. Not only did Optimum stand by their own product but they gave me an extremely fair price to correct some other faulty work (copper line) that had been done by another company and was impacting my air conditioning. The team was responsive, informative, thorough and neat throughout the process and I am happy to say that I now have fully functional air conditioning. If you are thinking about having work done, don't hesitate to use this company!
