She is caring, down to earth, sensible about her lifestyle advice, and open to learning and discussing information from a wide array of sources and alternative therapies while still being discerning about what actually works. I appreciate her patience, listening skills and bedside manner, sense of humor, and most of all her accessibility. I love knowing she’s there whenever I need her, not just for a few hours on certain weekdays four months from now.
