Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center - Aventura

Got four wisdom teeth removed and the experience was beyond expectations and service was welcoming and I want to thank everyone who helped throughout the Journey.

Extremely rude and incompetent phone staff, and the most inconvenient communication system. I received the reply to confirm message for my surgery, and let instructions replied that I needed to reschedule. I never received a message back so I tried to call, but then they only take calls Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Then it was Christmas week so they were out of office which is ok. But when I finally was able to reach a representative after the holiday they informed me that I lost my deposit due to being a No Call No Show, and that I’m no longer allowed to schedule appointments unless they are in the afternoon. I informed them that I have proof of my communication efforts and just want to reschedule an appointment at no additional deposit. The first representative promised a call back and never called back. The 2nd representative kept speaking over me and saying that the notes are saying the deposit is lost as if she’s a robot and just programmed to say that over and over. And then she said let me read the policy over to you again, I said I understand what the policy says in black and white, she says “ARE YOU STILL TALKING? ” That is not how you speak to or treat people, I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 years, and I would never speak to a customer that way. SHAME ON YOU!

Dr Goldwaser has a very pleasant bedside manner. She was patient and listened to me, a new patient. She also advised me on my health issues which was a plus. I was seen quickly with and handled with kid gloves. Made me feel so comfortable. No rushing at all. The staff, Maria, Philip, Marielys, Jasmine and Johana were very helpful. They acted like they've known me for years. I was in and out. I like that.

Dr. Goldwaser and her team are punctual, amazing, and extremely professional. I had my four wisdom teeth removed and had a seamless experience. They responded to each and every question I had, they did not rush through any of the explanations, and made sure that I felt calm and secure before my surgery. After the surgery, I felt way better than I expected, and barely had any pain. I will continue to go to Dr. Goldwaser, I completely trust her medical advise, and would absolutely recommend her!

By far the most impressive dental work I have ever seen! I come from a family of dentists and I my time with Dr Goldwaser and her team was amazing! Got my wisdom teeth out and some other work and her magic hands did a great job! Would recommend 1000%

I had to have a wisdom tooth removed, experience was excellent, the staff was very nice/attentive and made sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Goldwasser and team were nice and respectful! In any case would recommend to anyone looking for an easy wisdom tooth removal, easy recovery, and a genuine doctor and staff.

Unfortunately the office staff is non responsive. I have been waiting three weeks for a surgery appt. Each time I call the office, nobody can assist, they tell you someone will call back and they don’t. Also if you’re asking for the office manager, you will be placed on hold for a very long time (30 min +), if your lucky someone will come back on the line.

I went to Dr Goldwaser for a Wisdom tooth. I can’t be any more satisfied with the Doctor as well as other members or her staff (Jasmine, Maria, Philip Marielly. Johana) I would say fantastic. The same care Dr Goldwaser provides is transmitted to the rest of the staff). They all made me very comfortable. They all show that they care and that I was not just one more patient passing by I will continue with them for other needs.

I was recommended by my dentist to extract a wisdom tooth on a nerve. I went to Dr. Goldwaser to get an assessment. Before even scheduling a appointment for the procedure, she gave me a pamphlet on post op care and called in for pain meds at my local Walgreens. Then, I was recommended by this office to get a catscan at a far sister office of theirs. I never heard anything after a week. I called and ask why no follow up, they couldn't tell me and said the doctor would call me. Finally after 2 weeks she calls and says to make an appointment. I called and already to my knowledge they told me I was no longer covered by my insurance. I don't see how or why that was an issue when I would pay out of pocket. I gave up trying to make an appointment and took it as a sign not to get this done by them. I'm basically chasing after you to crack my jaw and pay out of pocket.

What an amazing Doctor and staff. The doctor walked me me though every step of the way. With the up most professional experience and assured me comfort through everything.

I am very happy with Dr. Goldwaser service and her team. Nurses Maria and Marielys were great! I had a wisdom tooth removed under full sedation and everything was perfect. They did a follow up and their services and the best! I highly recommend this dentist and I will definitely go back if I need to be taken care of well.

Dr Goldwaser’s office and entire staff made me feel welcome from my first visit consultation, second visit for the procedure, and last visit for my follow up. I felt in really good hands with Dr Goldwaser and staff. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this office!
