Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center - Coral Springs

Horrible experience, my insurance paid $850 for my mouth split and it was perfect. The doctor literally drilled half of it off on the first adjustment and completely destroyed it. They wouldn't replace it! Never again!

This place was very rude and racist, very bad customer service. My daughter just turned 18 and I hold power of attorney. Giving me the right to sign and make decisions on her behalf. From start to finish I was the only one that interacted with anyone in the office regarding paperwork no one ever asked me for proper documentation. My daughter got in the back and she was told to sign some documents the nurse called me to the back. I went over those forms I filled it out they got so upset that I signed. The office manager comes in instead of her D escalating the situation and axing the proper questions she was very argumentative not knowing that I had these documents. I than said I’ll leave just talk to their patient. The office manager stated these people are something else. I asked what did that mean, she walked off I overheard and the nurse talking about my insurance meanwhile the doctor said nothing. My advice be more professional and no matter the race every deserves a good morning. Being more professional with no judgment can take your practice a very long way. I am more than confident to state that I’m sure these people with my type of insurance continue to pay your bills humble yourself. If I can give them a -0 I would

I was referred here for Wisdom tooth extraction (4) and I am very pleased of the work that was done. Dr. Lopez did a great job. He is professional and to the point, his staff is great as well, very informative. The healing process has been easy going, so far so good.

The girls at the front desk are nice, the reason for my 2 stars. The price in this office is insane! Trusted my gut since didn't get a good feeling during my visit and seek 2nd opinion. $1200 cheaper. Doctor did not explained much. I waited 58 minutes for the doctor to see us (my daughter being the patient)

I was supposed to have a wisdom teeth removal in May. They kept rescheduling my appointments because they couldn't tell me how much it'd cost with my insurance. They said they had to send a request form that would take up to 2 weeks to receive. What does that even mean? I know it can't be that hard because my regular dentist called my insurance for me and got the pricing in just a couple of hours. Now it's July and I still haven't had the procedure done. Kind of ridiculous.

They never answer on time and are giving my daughter medicine she is allergic too. I wouldn’t trust to come back for her wisdom teeth surgery.

I was referred to this office from my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I called to schedule an appointment for the Coral Springs office and I was scheduled today, Monday 04/24/2023. I called the office to check my copay and I come to find out the office is closed today. I reached out to the chat on the website and the representative told me to call the office, which I already had done two times and no one picked up the phone obviously because they are closed. The staff at this office is so incompetent and inconsiderate to their patients time. How can they schedule patients on a day that they are closed? Imagine what they would do with my teeth. I haven’t even been here once and I will definitely not be coming here at all! Do yourself a favor and choose another place where they consider your time and where the staff is competent! I should’ve listened to the bad reviews!

Don’t go here. They will tell you lies. Better off with another office. I should have listen to my gut. They over charge you, and try to go around the table to make you think your the problem. STAY AWAY!

Grossly overpriced consult fee even if you already have panoramics and dont need further ones.
