Ive been calling this place to make an appt since March for a follow up dentist appt I never get anyone and If I do they hang up. I am calling right now as I right this. 3rd time and nothing

Was going there to get my Hepatitis C taken care of and the experience was just awful they kept losing my records the pharmacy could never get a hold of my doctor had me coming in for no reason missing work to go in for no reason just absolutely awful service and very unprofessional and incompetent

Love the Dentists who are here as 3rd and 4th year Student Dentists from all over. The Front desk Reception for Dental are not friendly at all and pick and choose who they are nice to! They have a job because of the many people who come in. Some of the They need to learn how to gette treat othersI understand the clinic is in a bad area of town but no excuse for poor people skills. They have a post up in the Dental office that says "If you can be anything, Be kind! Well try practicing that! One day they many be on the other side zDental Assistants are rude too. TheDejtsl Assistant I had the last four times was great! Practice kindness always! I worked on the zMeficsl firjf and I was kind to everyone!

Its very hard to get an appointment. They never answer the phone. When they do answer. They will direct you to another phone number that will send you to voice mail.

Front desk service sucks! Major attitudes!
Do not recommend! Plus they make you wait in the heat outside with the sun beaming on you, trust and believe they will take their precious time coming out to see you! This place is trash…

4 red flags and Left without being seen!
Had a dental appointment today 9/22. All I needed was X-rays of dental so I can placed on the heart transplant list. This was the only place that had an appointment within 3months. When I showed up with my husband there's a crowd by the door. I'm on oxygen, autoimmune compromised, and have bad anxiety.so I sent my husband to check me in and get my paperwork as I stood on the other side of the building away from people. This lady takes my husband temperature and writes it on paperwork that's for me (red flag) he told her he wasn't the patient but pointed to me. She shoved him papers with his temperature on it to fill out (red flag). So I did with my name and everything. Asked if I took a covid test I did earlier that morning my test was negative. He returned the paperwork I walked next to him she comes back with more paperwork stating that I checked breathing problems. And that I have to do a covid test. I explained why I checked it showing my oxygen concentrator. She said I see still got to do a covid test and this paperwork. I was confused cause I already had a negative test within a hour before going. I told her that it wasn't a covid check list that I filled out. She said there's about 20 pages here fill them out. (red flag) At this point it's my appointment time. The people sitting outside by the door said they were waiting for 30mins to even go inside (red flag) I've been to a lot of clinics and she didn't even acknowledge that she put my husband's temperature in not mine. We left I'll get my x-ray done at the hospital.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time going here! They never call you back for a follow-up, they don’t even answer the phone. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this place is still open.

I came as a walk-in. I really didn’t know what to expect. I was concerned about the clinic setting. But let me tell you. I was greeted by a beautiful inside/out lady named Tay who did my intake. She really made me feel welcomed. I am so grateful. Everything is ran in order and smoothly. The other staff members are awesome as well. Security is on point and had the clinic sanitized. Haven’t seen the doctor yet but so far so good.

The Spanish older doctor is horrible. He told me that I was diabetic a few years ago and prescribed metformin and my sugar levels went down so badly I almost died. Be careful people.

Bad service
Puppy milling people so they can get hord your government
Tax paying dollars to line their pockets

poorly run and verry Inefficient Wasting The patients time and there staff energy spent on fixing doctors mistakes
On lab work
Location
And refusals
Rather than fixing the problemThey just push you down the road I'm still here
Problems not going away

So I fired my doctor and PA
And now they won't give me a another doctor
They're denying me a medical care When I asked for another
Which is against the law
more to follow
Staff Made excuses for the the doctor saying on how over worked she was
I told that particular staff member if she's overworked then she cant give adequate Care
Time to get legal help more to follow

Even if you are desperate and dying do not go in these people are so rude and considerate and they don't care about you at all they hung up on you I don't even understand why they're in a business or job that they're so miserable and that they can't even help you out a community sensor like this usually involves people who want to help the community but these people are disgusting I wouldn't even give them one star but there's no choice you can't go lower even though I feel they are the lowest of the low.

HORRIBLE PLACE, they took over 2 hours just to put us in a room and they took 40 minutes just to walk back into the room all the other workers and other people had left at around 3: 30-4: 00 and they still took a lot of time to assist us. Do not recommend coming here might as well just go to an ER or something else because they take longer to assist here than anywhere else.

I have a 77 year old that can't be seen because of short staff they aren't very nice and security told me I would be towed for parking in a handicapped space with a man in a wheelchair this place needs new everything new staff and administration

Called and waited on hold for an hour and 23 minutes while the automated system said my wait time was expected to be 1 minute to find out what I needed to bring before I came then I finally got impatient grabbed all the information i thought I needed went and visited the office at 5 am since I heard I had to get in line early to be seen only to be treated rudely and turned away. The staff is unprofessional and would rather turn someone away than help them. Its unfortunate because this is supposedly to be a community resource to help those less fortunate. I hope they get it together

First and foremost im not the type of person of writing reviews about anything but today was the drop that spill the cup. I been having a journey since September that actually have hit a brick wall because i don't have insurance. I haven't been working exactly since September 13th 2020.

On October 25th I had an appt with Ms. Ida Rodriguez when i got that appointment they told me that i need proof of income which i gladly was able to provide, when i went to the appointment for my surprise Ms.ida Rodriguez asked me for a denial letter from medicaid which luckly i was applying for it at that moment but the case was processing and i didnt have it and Ms. Ida Rodriguez state that if i didnt have the denial letter from medicaid she wasn't going to be able to process my application for a new program medication for diabetes. In this occasion I end up spending bus fare that I got from neighbors that help me out.

Another situation with my Medical Leave papers, I almost loose my place at work because i have to be calling and calling because they didn't process the paper work correctly and they just scanned half of the paper work. That happen in the beggining of September tru September 12th wich was the end of my medical leave.

This 2 situation takes me to the third and the worse situation today.
I had an appointment for today January 4th at 11: 40am i received phone calls and texts to confirm this appointment through September, October, November, December and also January.
Today when i went to my appointment for my surprise when i go to the window the first thing the lady asked was if i bring my income papers. Which they never told me that in any of the phone calls confirming this appointment. It was so frustrating because of the fact that I Always carrying my Bible (Because it is a bible) with all my documents in it. Today i didnt bring any documents because they didnt tell my this lil detail since the first day i got the appointment.
YES i got angry because i missed an appt on December 6th 2020 because i didnt have busfare and today once more i have to ask my neiborghs so i can go to today's appointment.
For my surprise the lady at the front desk tell me " If you dont have your documents im going to habe to cancel the appointment and schedule another one" i said "Nobody told me that i have to bring any income papers today" the lady at the front desk didn't gave absolutely no choice so i walk away.
On my way to the bus i change my mind i came back and asked to speak to somebody higher. I waited like 15mins and this lady came to talk to me and told me "If your appointment is not noted you might see the doctor" She went onside with the lady that do the registration sat side by side of each other for her to tell me that my appointment was noted and in fact they have to cancel the appointment and schedule another one. And this is the cherry on top of the ice cream and im diabetic. The lady that suppose to help me HAVE THE ORDACITY TO TELL ME THAT IF I DON'T RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT THAT I CAN PAY FULL PRICE AND THEN I CAN SEE THE DOCTOR TODAY.
ORDACITY AND DISRESPECTFULLNESS.
NOW. The nurses when you get there all of them are sweethearts. The doctors are amazing and they go out of their way to help you. But the registration, front desk people are horrible. The miscommunication, the lack of empathy, the rudness is on point. I understand the protocol, the rules and all that but to be so unconsiderate knowing that most of people that goes to that clinic can even afford the $25 charge for visit and whatever co payment you need to pay for your medication at the pharmacy, which by the way the employees at the pharmacy are amazing. The way that lady told me that if i dont change the appointment i can pay the full price and then I can see the doctor was totally UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL PERIOD.
TODAY I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MY REFILL OF INSULIN MY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BECAUSE THE ONLY WAY FOR ME TO GET IT WAS IF I PAY FULL PRICE FOR ONLY THE VISIT AT A CLINIC THAT SUPPOSE TO HELP LOW INCOME PEOPLE AND HELP THE HOMELESS
