John and Amy are true professionals, and it is quite evident that they take pride in being thorough, taking about 3 hours for a small home. Then, answering any questions we had, (and we had many) as we attended the inspection. We got our report same day, and it even had video componet along with drone and thermal footage. I can refer them, whole heartedly! They will not disappoint!

We have used Orange Blossom several times now over the years and they are still fantastic! They are tremendously detail oriented and organized. They provide tons of pictures for all the specific issues, they use a drone, and I mean they check everything! You cannot go wrong with these guys. And they are always available for follow up too. We had some questions a few weeks after our inspection, and they were wonderful about answering our questions. They remembered the job, and they provided a lot of info based on what they actually saw up there. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about them.

John and Amy treat you like family! They are so thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and to top it off the nicest people! We have been in the home buying process in Eustis and they have done both inspections we have had on houses there. With a 2 month old, we are wanting to make sure the house we move into is safe and sound. They have went above and beyond to make sure we knew what state the houses were in. When the first house didn’t work out they were very accommodating to get us worked in when we found a new house. John and Amy both make sure to walk the house with you as they go and not only point out things you need to know, but also make sure you understand what it means when it comes to the integrity of the home. John and Amy are exceptionally great at what they do. Very professional. Very thorough. I hired them based off their reviews for a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation. I cannot stress how easy and down to earth they were. Most would be fearful of inspections in your home. Not with them. John explains everything in detail. Amy also went above and beyond the services I hired them for. They informed me of other issues that arent noticed or part of any inspection. I don’t know where to start with John and Amy. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I was recommended their company by my community and boy am I glad I took the recommendation. By John walking our roof very closely and checking every detail, he saved us a huge headache and I’m sure several thousand dollars down the road. Our house was just hitting one year of being built so this inspection was detrimental. Between Amy’s thorough inspection inside and John’s on the roof and in attics, they found some serious things.
