Orange City RV Resort reviews
15Super quite most of the people stay here full time residence so it’s nice and safe but the parking is tight and can be over crowded
It is a very good place to live and affordable to and a very good and friendly and respectful community.
It was like a small City in there but very tight. We drive a very big RV and it was very hard to move over around thank God we were on the end site. Wi-Fi is poor there too seems like it goes off every night about 10: 30 11: 00 like they turn it off. Not if you buy the extra Wi-Fi that they want to sell you. This is one campground I probably will not go back to but something you should see if you're in the area.
Stayed here the month of November. We really enjoyed our time here. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location! We frequented Orlando and Daytona Beach.
Was looking to buy in this park.nice up front.one of the ladies nice.fairly new their.older lady abrupt and not friendly at all this mor ing at 930am. Plus rent went up and you get nothing. Corporations never learn about front line customer care
Nice clean place but everything is so tight together close together even the roads are extremely narrow it's hard to maneuver especially when people are walking around and there's cats and dogs and kids and bikes and it's just hard getting around in there if you're in a vehicle. Now walking or a golf cart ideal but a regular vehicle anything beyond a compact the roads and they're just too small for. But still very nice place.
Stay away from this place, first the property is so not worth what they ask for lot rent, their amenities are a joke, and the office staff are so judgemental! They will straight out lie to you about your lot rent, and evict you saying that you are behind, when infact you are not. And you will have nosey neighbors, that like put themselves in to your business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! Trust me and find another place. ONE BIG RIPOFF!
Clean, quiet park. Mostly filled with residents. Pool and doggy park. You can tell it has been open for a while and the staff does a great job at keeping it clean and presentable. Friendly staff. Resort thought might not be the way I would describe it. More of the cozy rv park style.
Very pretty picture at night. Rv resort is a very nice place. Nice community with pool amenities and great people.
So far this is a really great rv campgrounds and if you are here long enough you get to know some of the long term residences you will find that there are a lot of very nice people here. Wasn't sure about this place at first but it has grown on me and I've grown to love it.
A wonderful place to stay. The park is clean and updated. Love the landscape and lights. The management's very nice and friendly. The amenities are great. We don't want to leave. All in all, its a great family place.
Because we do not socialize our dogs with other dogs we were not allowed to stay here EVEN THOUGH one dog is a retired military dog that sniffed out IUDS, and saved lives she was trained to work not socialize,
The other dog is my child's mobility service dog and once again because we do not socialize our dogs we were denied to stay here.
You judge people because of how we keep our dogs.but I bet the little dogs are more aggressive than ours.
Again our dogs were used for military and and mobility service dogs as we have 2 and I will not apologize because I feel you are wrong to judge someone.
The bad thing is my husband just retired from the military 6 months ago after spending 18 years in the Army.
We will find somewhere alot better that we will feel welcome.have a good day
Nice quiet place. Very clean.
Appears to be set up, mostly, for long term or seasonal residents. But they were very friendly and accommodating.
The site I was in was nice and easy to get in and out of.
I look forward for future visits.
I continually see Sharon's husband John doing the mail in the office when he doesn't work here. This is probably why my mail continually arrives late or not at all. He shouldn't be doing the mail if he doesn't work here, Sharon should get up for once and do it. For all I know all my packages that never arrive were stolen by him. Furthermore, I believe mail tampering in a federal offense which is technically what he was doing. Sidenote why am I not allowed to leave reviews on Facebook? You guys scared or something of losing that 4 star review you have locked in?
Nicest staff and residents! Fredda was exceedingly accommodating! Nightly security patrols made me feel safe and the residents are very friendly! The amenities and sites are top of the line! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet yet fun campground filled with amenities, community events, beautiful sites, top of the line hospitality and customer service, a place where the staff and neighbors truly care!
