Orange Collision CARSTAR, Orlando FL

The quoting process was great for me as was the scheduling for drop off. However, the communication between when it would be done and how I could pick it up left a lot to be desired. Originally told Saturday pickup at the service dept, but I received no updates. I called the service department that Sat morning to which they had no idea, promised to investigate and call back, but I didn't hear anything back. I called Monday morning and was told they were scheduled to paint that day, odd since it was supposed to be picked up on Sat.now it would be ready Tues. I called Tuesday since I still received no updates and was told that it would be ready Wednesday. Unfortunately that would not work since I had already made arrangements for a Sat, then Mon, then Tues pickup. I had no options for the rest of the week. They agreed to leave it with the service department on Tuesday night, but it would be returned to me dirty as they wouldn't have time to clean it. I'm not really upset about that, but am concerned why I was not proactively given any updates of delays. I called 4 times to try and find out what was happening and only was contacted back on Tuesday after starting it needed to be picked up by Tuesday night. I feel for the receptionist as it seems she was never given solid info to relay back to me. The work done was done well, so thank you for that.just need major improvements on communication.

Great experience. Even when the part for my truck was on a nation wide back order Orange Collision made sure I was taken care of. Constant communication and updates. I would recommend!

They were speedy and made sure I had transportation to the rental place and had my rental picked up at the shop in the end. They also keep high levels of communication and always picked up when I needed them.

My car had a scratch so I took it to the ford place and to orange collision car star to get estimates. While ford gave me a quote of $1500 to fix the scratches, at Orange Collision CARSTAR, an angel called Corinne simply CLEANED THE SCRATCHES AWAY, without charging me a cent! Super honest and friendly service, they just got a forever client.

Orange Collision corrected significant body damage. The Yukon looks great. Service was prompt, updates were incredible and pricing was reasonable, particularly considering the amount of damage. Strongly recommend them.

Car was rear ended and took car to Hyundai dealer who referred me here as their body and paint repair partner. I was very pleased with the repairs which brought the car back to OEM spec. Recommend them should you need one of their many automobile services, in this case body and paint. Andy was superb and thank her for her outstanding customer service.
