Orange County Convention Center - South Concourse reviews
18I came here for the NAFEM 23. The convention center was very huge with many parking spaces. They maintained the halls very clean. The restrooms were available around the hall. Make sure you check which hall you are going.
AKC dog show this weekend. Came AKC Delegate mtg and to watch the 52 Biewer Terriers on Friday.
We had a wonderful time at this years general conference great Apostolic worship & praise.
Acts 2: 38.
BLU3 is exhibiting it's battery-powered dive systems at DEMA 2022. The event has been will organized. It's great to see so many vendors and buyers at this event!
I was there for a conference from Sept 13th. This place is HUGE. If you have to walk between South and North concourse, use the Expo level (basement) walkway, not the outside walkway. Even in mid Sept, it was hot and humid outside, esp when you are in a business attire.
The convention center is nice. The rooms were unfortunately between cool and freezing. In August attendees were looking for places to buy long sleeved shirts and sweatshirts and I had to buy hot chocolate and my wife hot tea to survive a session in the downstairs. If there are hot chocolate sales in August that should be an indicator to management there is an issue.
Ths facility is really nice, however, we are there for AAU volleyball tournament and we're hit with typical Florida rainstorm. Roof leaked on referees head so had to stop mid game to find a court. Actually was comic relief
Staff is kinda rude and the food options were weird. Bathrooms are gross so try to go potty before you leave the house.
Visited the convention center for a volleyball tournament, the place is huge, has clean bathrooms and food vendors on-site.
This is a HUGE center and it's especially cool during the conventions
MegaCon was amazing
Here for the AAU national volleyball tournament the place is huge and the area is great with many dinning options this place is awesome if your coming here you'll have a great time.
Not bad so far. There's no public wifi which would have been helpful, but the space is exactly what is needed for this convention so far.
Gigantic, plenty of stairwells, escalators, elevators, and clean bathrooms without having to walk crazy distances. Parking overflow is everywhere. I've attended MegaCon 2010-2022 at North/South and the East/West concourse and they've only maxed their parking twice that I can remember and it was on a Saturday with 10s of thousands of people all at once. Mind you this is a 100,000+ person event, so that's to be expected.
For events: The ballrooms have lots of power access points, XLR inputs for speakers & mics, ethernet for the pricey "Smart City" internet, free web/email capable wifi everywhere, & lots of lighting options to get the right feel for your venue.
Good size, easy to get to and fairly comfortable. The food is awful, I mean really, really bad. They have a Starbucks but it closes at like 1pm. Not a great venue for those reasons
This place is huge, and well maintained. Parking is expensive though at $20 a day, otherwise I'd give it another star.
Overall, it is a Convention Center. Great location, beautiful venue and expensive food for no reason.
The center is wonderful lots of space and plenty of food options. Great place for large venues.
Nice inside but it’s an absolute s*** show to get into parking for any decent sized event. Expect to spend 20-30 minutes just trying to get into the lots.
