Orange County Medical Clinic reviews
6I had the best care while I had their service. I also had the best doctor. I miss going there.
Nearly every time I’ve been there as a caretaker for a patient with disabilities there has been an issue with the security guard.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, I walked in to the building where I have never been before the nurses at the desk were unfriendly and rude. The security officer was also rude. It's not my fault your unhappy with your job. If you don't like being around people then choose a different profession. I'm pretty sure more then half of these reviews are fake written by employees to make themselves look better but my first and only experience was horrible the only people that were nice were the pharmacy employees. Supervisors should train their employees better on customer service.
Brenda Vasquez (4p.m. To 8p.m. 101 S Westmoreland Dr, Orlando, FL 32805)
Was unprofessional when explaining that they only use old medical records at this location instead of updating them. They only do buisness with Advent Health and, therefore, will not accept updated records from anywhere else. She previously tried to send me to another location from the moment I walked in as if she did not want me to be seen here. I understand It was close to closing, but I had already been waiting there for over 6 hours, so I also shared her frustrations. It's still not how you treat people in need.
Mrs. Vasquez refused to listen to me, and after 6 hours of waiting to be seen, shoved documents in my face and slammed the door in my face. Very unprofessional for those needing help
Everyone at that clinic is caring and knowledgeable. It is a real gem to those who have no insurance. The care is top notch. The offices upstairs have the same ethics too. Keep up the good work.
Excellent in helping me with the specialist I need to see. Very grateful for the help considering I can't get insurance. However, today I showed up at the clinic to hand in another referral in hopes I could get an approval by the end of the day and the sign on the doors said closed 12/9/22! The website on Google says open. When I called I didn't get anything?
