I went for my road test and had Tina. She was amazing. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and was so polite which is hard to come across someone with a good demeanor at the dmv. The woman at the counter was also great! Definitely recommend. Wait time was not bad at all just make sure to have an appointment

0 stars this the lady who did my driving test gave no help whats so ever she said “did not base of points”. Had me in the middle of the road and then says you can adjust your self if you needed at the end of the test so at the end i had 0 and couldnt even do my whole test Dont do your driving test here

Kim is awesome! I've visited many Tax Collectors office and not many like her around, you normally get the rude counter representative that seems like they are being bothered with your question. She is prime example of the service that should be rendered!

I understand it's a DMV and you deal with people all day but there's no need to have a negative and nasty attitude. Ana was definitely negative and nasty. Definitely need to do better with customer service. I understand we all come with concerns and needs but there's no need to be a big Debbie Downer at work.

Online check-in process was simple and recommended as the queue and wait was tremendous when I arrived; however, the "next customer" announcements were quick and constant. Communication via text was great and provided timely updates and the ability cancel the appointment if your timetable changed. Inside was very clean with plenty of seating. Lighting was good; overall privacy was good; power outlets were accessible; temperature was comfortable. The only reduction of a star was due to the staff - not the front office staff, but the employee after # was called - as that person was short and dismissive. Overall, I had no procedural issues at this location. Although I arrived early, my # was called on-time, and the entire exchange to renew a license was <10 mins.

Be aware IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR CELL # to this office (or any other state or municipal office) is becomes PUBLIC RECORD. State of Florida DOES NOTHING to prevent privacy - No wonder Florida is tops for identity theft. BTW, have been trying to call this office put on hold, keeps ringing - do the workers know how to answer phones! 1

The process was fast and I had little trouble getting Tag and Title transfers from this location. Be sure to use their website and make sure you have all the necessary documents before your visit to make it as fluid as possible.

We got here 15 mins before our appointmentat 1145, they called us at 1140 went to window 6, shes not paying attention to us because shes doing 3 things at one time.
-3 stars, Very unorganized, agents are very rude and not giving clear instructions.
They are giving service to the public people who does not know much about Fl law, they should be more patient and clear.

Usually they are better then the rest at this location. Not anymore. They opened late, never know what to do anymore. They always have to request a supervisor for help. Now I have been here another hour waiting for the supervisor.

The online DMV website appointment system is very helpful and cuts down the time you have to physically wait in the DMV. This DMV location is referred to as "East Orange" online. You can make a set appointment time a day in advance, otherwise same day appointments put you in a queue and you get text alerts about wait times. This helps because you don't have to be in the office until it gets closer to your place in line.

Once in office, they call you up to the windows by the last 4 digits of your phone #. They send you texts with updates on the wait time. I just moved from NY to FL and needed to change my plates, registration, and license.

Be careful to make sure you look up everything or call to make sure you have all your paperwork ahead of time- they aren't very patient about explaining it to you. When in doubt.bring everything. For all I needed to do they required tons of paperwork I didn't think I needed: Your old license, SSN, birth certificate or passport, your car registration, lease agreement (if you lease your car), proof of bills at your new address, rental contract agreement (if you have an apt here), proof of car insurance in FL.

Also as a side note- I lease my car, so they took care of contacting my financing company because I don't have the title for my car. They are fast and efficient if you bring all the documents required. I did spend quite a few hours here because I didn't have everything I needed the first time around.

I stay 3 times in the line jus to get apointment for the next day. And day they did paper list line. Also want to mention some RUDe people working here.the worst I saw. Even in NYC it was not that bad

Always we have great service ️ i have reserved online my appointment and the date of appointment was easy to do all they have tax collector, renew tag, renew id and a lot and lot service

I went three different places before coming to this one. All three of them was worse than other, but this places workers was fast and knew what they were doing. They helped me get my permit. And I am so thankful for that

The times I've visited this place for myself or my kids the most I waited is between 20 to 25 mins with an appointment. With out it you be waiting a little longer.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any location going back over 17 years. When I first arrived in FL I made an appointment for my FL license and was on my way in under 10 mins after arrival. I always utilize the online app to make reservations or get in line and have had nothing but great success. Excellent service. I’ve also only encountered courteous, helpful employees at all branches.

This is the worst locatin in Orlando, FL. The worst Rude People not caring notabout their costumers and their system sucks for appointments.dont waste your time coming here. I have been coming to this place FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT.getting in line an hour prior to arrival with only a few mins of wait to be pushed back 10 to 40 mins more. I tried with an appointment.perfect, I was texted to go to a window for the lady to say nope you are a no show you have been put back in line! Im showing the lady my phone where I just got my text and my # wasnt even called or on the screen, she said we get a minute to show, it wasnt even 30 seconds to my text.she said I have to wait, that she is not sure what happened and even said I replied with an emoji which was not true and AGAIN IM SHOWING HER MY PHONE AND SHE STILL DID NOT CARE! SAID I HAVE TO WAIT, TOLD HER ALL I NEED IS MY TITLE PRINTED AND THAT IVE BEEN COMING EVERYDAY AND WAITING. TODAY I WENT AGAIN WAITED OVER AND HOUR AND WAS PUSHED BACK AGAIN FOR 30 MORE MINS

I had an appointment for 2: 30 pm, I received my text confirmation a day prior. When I show up to I didn’t not have an appointment. They told me that I have to register in the front window, but that’s don’t match the instructions they sent when I make my appointment. I waited for more than one hour.

If I could give a zero I definitely would! I called twice and no one could help me. I was asking about renewing tags yet they had no idea what I was talking about? Also both customer representative were VERY RUDE!

I had a very pleasant experience.

I made an appointment at 2PM to get a new license plate and registration. I arrived at 1: 55PM and parked some distance away due to the plaza's very foolish directional parking design. My number was shown on the display with an estimated wait of 9 minutes. The wait time increased to 12 minutes. I was called at exactly 2: 13PM.

The person who took care of me was very nice. I chose my registration term and the tag I wanted. A few minutes later I had the new tag and the registration. Payment was quick and simple. I was out the door by 2: 20PM.

Definitely make an appointment. Some walk-ins were waiting 2-3 hours according to the monitors. In addition, each case is different. Some customers take longer than others. That's why they have a hard time estimating wait times.

Every employee I met was pleasant and helpful. I have nothing to complain about.

Make sure go online first and queue up, I had a 5 minute wait by the time I got there and was in and out.
