I was impressed with the physical therapy. Floyd and Allison were awesome and helped me reach my goals quickly so i could go home. Unfortunatly the social worler told me a wheel chair would be delivered to my home and i never recieved it. But my doctor is seeing to it a chair will be here in a day or 2. There was a problem with all my food, it was always cold and the menu was t fillowed for the most part. In all I hope to never have to go there again. I was disappointed with the care i received due to the shortage of help, supply accessibleity anda general lack of staff knowing my needs.

I was a patient there recently. The food is good and the PT program great for 20-30 minutes a day. The rest of the time you play heck getting any medication, ice packs, or assistance from staff. At 1 point I didn't even get water. The doctors wrote the orders but they were not carried out. The orders were there for me to receive what I needed. But no one would make the people do their jobs. MG and Madison were onpoint and terrific to help. Leslie the Social Services lady was overworked but very helpful getting me home discharge help and an ice pack. Yes I spoke to everyone that could make a difference to no avail. If you have a loved one here, plan to have a family member 24 hr on duty because I am sure, your loved one will not get their basic needs met. I am not saying any facility is better or worse than another, I am just saying there are certain basic needs you can expect in any facility and I did not receive it here. I am a nurse. I would really know after all my years of service in caring about people what should've been doing during my stay. I even offered to help from my bed get a plan set up to help things and no one was open to that. New owners and people that are just there for a paycheck is what I was able to guess were the biggest problems.
