Disappointing Experience.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at the Orange Theory Gym, specifically the branch located at Wiregrass mall, I had a class scheduled during my lunch break, and unfortunately, my punctuality was compromised due to unforeseen circumstances.
To say that I am dissatisfied with how this situation was handled would be an understatement. I arrived at the gym 5 minutes late for the class, after a 25-minute drive to get there during my precious lunch break. I had hoped that I would still be allowed to participate in the class, given the circumstances and the fact that I had made every effort to attend.
However, to my utter disbelief, the staff at the gym refused to let me join the class. This decision not only wasted my valuable time but also left me feeling frustrated.
As a customer, I expected a level of understanding and flexibility, particularly when circumstances beyond my control caused me to be slightly late. Unfortunately, my experience at Orange Theory Gym at that location has left me with a negative impression of the establishment, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment publicly.

OrangeTheory keeps me accountable. I love the energy and it always has such a diverse workout routine. I love that they added weight classes.

OTF is great! The staff is amazing! When you walk in through the door you feel like you belong. The community feel is amazing! The coaching is great! The coaches are dedicated and you can just feel they care about your progress. You NEVER experience that intimidation that comes with joining a new gym. I highly recommend OTF Wesley Chapel. 10/10!

Just don't be late to a class! They have a strict 5-minute rule. Any later than that and they won't let you in!

Travis is excellent. The whole staff makes you feel like a big family. O T. Really cares about your health and making sure everything is done with excellence. Come out and try a free class. You will be so hooked on your fitness experience.

OT-Wesley Chapel has the beat crew/Staff you could ever ask for! Front desk and coaches are highly friendly and motivated at all times and make you feel like family the minute you walk in. 100% recommended.

The workouts are different every day, coaches are excellent and the equipment and studio is very clean. I feel very comfortable working out

The team is great. They are helpful and really care about the members. I just wish they had more classes scheduled in the afternoon because it’s tough to find a spot during the times I am available.

This is a wonderful studio! The coaches are top tier, the music is great, and everyone is very friendly.
