OTF has significantly improved my overall health in the past year. At this specific location, coaches and staff are so personable, welcoming, and engaging!

Worst studio Ever! Wish I could give it 0 stars. Avoid it if you can! Front desk is unfriendly and management doesn't care for there members. The coaches aren't motivating. This studio is very unprofessional and worst I ever been too. Stay away if you can! They only want your money and don't care about your fitness goals.

Amazing coaching staff. They truly care about your well being.modify exercises when needed. Front staff is great and works to fit you in. Obviously a well managed facility!

I have to express my disappointment with this Plantation, FL location. Let me start by saying the workout are really good. My favorite coach is Silk. He is absolutely FABULOUS! I have an injury which I aggravated from working out. This is my fault, I got too confident. So, I paused my membership for 60 days. After 60 days I'm still unable to get back into my workouts full swing. So, I called the location to cancel. I was told I could pause the membership again for another 60 days so I said ok. I filled in the paperwork and sent it in. I later received a call from the location saying that I cannot extend the pause for another 60 days as it is only allowed once per year so I would have to cancel. I said ok I'll cancel since I am unable to extend the pause and I am unable to workout but I'd sign up again in September when I should be back at 100%.
Do you know that the lady said 'OK, I'll cancel you but we're going to charge you for another month. I asked why and was told that that was just their policy. I wish someone would explain the logic behind charging a customer for another 30 days after the membership has been canceled? Its a total cash grab!

Shame on you Orange Theory Plantation! There's no need for the cash grab, you provide a good service so your customers will come back BUT I WON'T BE BACK because if a customer is unable to workout and tries to pause there membership for a second time and they are unable to because of YOUR policy then it is grossly unfair to charge them for another 30 days of membership that they cannot use.

Great place to workout! The only workout I have attended that gives me the same feeling as playing a competitive sport!

The Plantation location is the greatest! It’s spotlessly clean, the desk staff is fun and friendly, and the coaches and music are tops. Being older and working on my weight, I’ve never felt embarrassed or incapable; just encouraged by the staff. And the feeling after a workout is great. I highly recommend Orangetheory, Plantation, FL!

The energy of the coaches is fantastic and everyone has their own style. They know when you can step up your game and are always encouraging!

I recently started going to this particular OT. I love coach Cam, he is so dedicated and motivates me to try harder! Absolutely love him.

Honestly very disappointed! Went in for my first free class and arrived there about 15mins before the class started, which I was advised I need to arrive 30mins before. So, I filled out the paper work and thought the lady had put me down for the class the next day. When I arrived the next day she said the class was full and could not add me.
As a first impression it just left a bad taste in my mouth because it’s not easy for me to take 2 days consecutively to make time to go with a 1 year old baby.
Probably won’t go to this location or any other location if they can’t value new customers as much as existing ones.

I love the variety of the workouts and that they can be modified to any fitness level. The coaches are very motivating and helpful. Being able to schedule classes keeps me accountable to get my work outs in. Thanks to my consistency and the structure of the workouts, I am seeing a positive change in my fitness level and my overall health. I’m really glad that I joined!

I Signed up yesterday 3/20/2022, paid $307 to get started for the month $180 membership price and purchase my heart rate monitor $125, did my second class on 3/21/2022 (TODAY) 20 mins into my session my heart rate monitor goes off the screen, “ the whole point I joined was to do the group “interactive session with the group/coach” and keep track of my calories, heart rate etc.well when I tried asking the coach Cameron “CAM”, I was completely disregarded and told to ask the girl in the front. (Umm if I’m paying this much then I would expect the coach to be able to assist, anyways I ask the nice front desk lady was unfortunately unable to assist as well. So just because it was a larger class I couldn’t get my question answered? If that’s the case why only have 2 people working. Needing a refund, not wanting to be a part of a gym that is unable to assist my questions or concerns. And definitely not being ignored by the coach. Not a good experience in my first 24 hours.

How often are you compelled to go and write a review immediately following a class? The minute I hit my car I write this as I just experienced one of the best classes I've ever taken. The coach Silk has Great music, great enthusiasm, and a few laughs in between the suffering Always helps!

Loved the trainers and the energy. So far I have trained with Kristen and Cameron, both are amazing. I will definitely continue going.

One of the best places to get a quick workout great trainers and awesome equipment state of the art changes out every two and a half to three years

My wife signed up for a trial 2.5 years ago, before Covid, but wasn't able to finish the trial before gyms were shut down. She hasn't been back since. The other day, we get a message that the credit card they have on file isn't valid. When we called to ask why they were trying to charge our card, they explained that until an account cancelation form is submitted, the account is considered active.
This is super shady. As a business owner, you should be ashamed. Charging member accounts that haven't been active in over 2 years without warning is completely ridiculous.

The front desk ladies (and the one guy I’ve seen) are nothing but kind and welcoming each time I am at the studio. The Coaches are amazing, they are extremely motivating and know exactly how to push you to achieve your best results/goals!
