The orange theory Tallahassee north is a great gym. The coaches have a good balance of pushing you to work harder than you think you can and encouraging you along the way. The front desk staff is always super welcoming and helpful! It’s always clean and a great place to work out!

I was trying to attend a class with my sister at 6: 45pm and they continue to cancel this class. How do you expect to pay $170 a month and the one class they have available that works for your schedule continues to get cancelled? It’s extremely frustrating and trying to get ahold of someone has been extremely difficult. The manager is always out of town? Is there not an assistant manager that can help? I wouldn’t recommend this OTF if you are trying to go after work. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills as well.

I enjoy the individual challenges throughout the month and also the daily challenge of a 1 hour workout that gets me the calorie burn and back to the work grind in a relatively quick manner.

I have attended Orange Theory classes all over the Southeast region for the last 6+ and it breaks my heart that this will be my last month. I have never had a location that isn't willing to work with my work schedule. I had other locations who put their clients first at all times and I do not feel this way at this location. Orange Theory has helped me transform my life physically and mentally and it has to come to an end which really sucks. Chase Blair, the manager, was quickly willing to cancel my membership instead of trying to help solve the problem. I do not recommend this location. They take advantage of your money and cancel classes often.

I’m not a faceless number here. These coaches and staff care about me and want to help me reach my fitness goals.
