She’s gonna kill me for taking so long to do this but………

My friend (Groom) and I (Best Man) came in to get our suits tailored and dry cleaned. Of course we were last minute and needed to get them done as soon as possible for the wedding (within 10 days). She was super nice, extremely detailed, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left her with a week’s notice… sorry again!

She was able to rush the order, worked over the weekend, and get it done in time. Everything came out looking great. She truly is a master of her craft. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs a tailor in Lake Mary or just in Orlando.

Thank you again because without you these two studs would’ve been stuck in the dog house quite sometime.

Overcharged - Pillow cases were charged as sofa covers. Refused to readjust.
They were normal sized sofa pillows. Felt I was ripped off. Be cautious

My husband and I have been going to Orchid Cleaners in Lake Mary for many years. The staff is always so friendly and greets you by name. This week I stopped in (no appointment) to see Alice Everett to get a consult on a jumpsuit (had 2 sizes w me) if needed alterations. Alice was busy working but stopped what she was doing, waited for me to put it on and with her attention to detail discussed sizing options and what looked best, even helping choose my shoes to complete the look. I have been using Orchid Cleaners for the past few years and every time my family and i have a great experience. Customer service and garment care are both exceptional! I use their free pick up and delivery service at times as well when i am too busy. It is always convenient and a transparent process. Would highly recommend using Orchid Cleaners for your clothing care needs!

I was in town visiting family and needed a rush service on some cleaning items. The staff told me to come back the following day and my items would be ready. They offered to deliver my order two days later if I preferred. Unfortunately, I was leaving that day. Thank you for trying to make my day more convenient. Most importantly, thank you for having my order ready. I was truly impressed. I will definitely be back next time I am here visiting family.

All around poor experience.

1) First, advised my two sports-coats would take 5 days.

2) Picked up one and was advised the other would take more time due to the stain. It happens.

3) was told i wouldnt have to pay extra to get the stain out.

4) was charged for the stain.

5) i showed texts from them on the no charge and they were not interested. Attendant gets on the phone with the manager who advises “i am mad” and “do not want to pay” and that i will write a negative review. Manager says, “just wave the charge, it is not worth it”

One and done, i guess.

By the way, they dont even do the work at this location. Gets shipped to orlando to be cleaned. This place is just a processing station.

Great experience at the Lake Mary location. The lady at the front desk was professional and friendly. I had a coat dry cleaned which looked perfect after the service. I will be using them again.

My family and I have been going to Orchids for years for dry cleaning and alterations. Every time we go in for alterations, the lady who does them always has poor customer service. I’m usually able to brush it off since I don’t want to find someone new. But, I recently went in to have my husband’s suit altered/tailored and of course she was rude. We kindly asked for the item back and went to John’s Heel & Sew and got it done for half the price, and WAYY better customer service. If you’re looking to get alterations done, go to John’s Heel & Sew in the Seminole Towne Center mall.

We have had the best experiences using Orchid Cleaners over the years! My most recent visit was to the Lake Mary location for alterations. The staff was friendly as usual and got started helping me with alterations right away. Alice took her time and had me try on each item, pinned the items to my preferences, and was super personable. I received my items and can't say enough about the quality of her work! I know a good seam when I see one! The owner Daniel holds his team to high standards and cares greatly about each customer and each garment. And he knows his stuff when it comes to eco-friendly cleaning options. Glad to have found Orchid Cleaners and will continue to have them meet our dry cleaning and other garment needs!

These people don’t know how to wash designer denim. I wear purple brand jeans, ksubi, & Amiri. Every single pair I sent to get dry cleaned were ruined. The denim jeans come with rips in the pants. The thread isn’t suppose to be fully ripped out. I come to the dry cleaners to keep my clothes looking up to date & not worn. These guys don’t know how to clean designer denim. My jeans should have rips, not wholes there’s a big difference. I’m searching for a new cleaners right now.

I had a bad experience with the lady who didnt seem to have much customer service.
I cant speak on there dry cleaning but ill be avoiding this business.

Alice did an amazing and professional job on an alteration for my daughter’s homecoming dress. Plus she had treats and smiles for my other kid that had to tag along.
