Oregano Greek Kitchen, Miami Lakes FL

Sooo, this place is like the McDonalds of Greek food.
I ordered a Gyro Pita Wrap, with no onions.
They have the cone of lamb spinning. I went to get drink, and when I came back he was taking pieces of previously cut meat out of a buffet like set up. For $11, I was expecting fresh meat.

The guy who took my order asked the guy who was making it to hold the onions, apparently he forgot to tell him. So he grabs the meat and other things off the Pita, and picks off the onions, and puts the meat, lettuce, and tzaziki back on the Pita.

Definitely would be bad if someone is allergic to onions. Yes there were still some in the Pita and it tasted like onions.

Definitely won't be returning here.

This place is FIRE! The food is amazing and the freshness is at another level. I have been ordering from them for over a year because my job is close to it. They never disappoint. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Greek food and I was so happy to find out they are so close to my new job! Frank always answers my phone calls with kindness and professionalism. He is so kind and continues to make my experience 100% when I go!

Everything about Oregano is fresh & delicious. I always order the veggie wrap & lemon potatoes. You can't go wrong with any of their options.

Disappointing, despite all the great reviews. This food is nowhere near Greek. The spices don’t even come close to what they are supposed to be. With a name like “Oregano”, you would think at least that would be authentic and not the Publix kind. The meat was dry and the atmosphere was sterile. The shrimp skewers were over-spiced and burnt. The keftethes (meat balls) were good, but spicy. The gyros pita was decent and the tzatziki was ok. Will not be returning. I’ll stick to my own kitchen.

First time at oregano. Place is clean and inviting. Ordered the grilled chicken bowl. Good flavors. Will return to try the other dishes.

Okay I'm editing my review.since I know the owner sees this. I'll start off with this you have a great restaurant in great employees. Iove your food! It's clean nice laid back But.please allow your credit card machine to tip. So we can tip your amazing employees.no one ever carries cash.

Very good service and delicious food. Rice or quinoa bowl are excellent. Best Greek food in town.

I can't believe I have not reviewed Oregano yet, I literally come here all the time. This is one of my go to lunch restaurants since it's close to my office. The food is delicious and they serve a pretty decent amount. I also love that this place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I have been here with a few different coworkers and they all love coming here. Typically I order the gyro platter with quinoa (photo attached). Their hummus is also very good, highly recommend it! If you're in the mood for something delicious and healthy, check out Oregano! It won't disappoint.

I didn't visit that restaurant All do looks super clean. I visited next door La Vitrola very nice and clean but overpriced.

I went with my husband to have a late lunch we were craving Greek food, he found this spot which is near to our hotel and I love it! Really tasty and fresh, shrimp was delicious (generous portion) and the tzatziki sauce is perfect! Highly recommend it.

I eat here almost everyday. My go-to is the chicken platter with salad (includes pita). A healthy meal with delicious, moist chicken. The price you pay is worth the amount of protein they serve you. Great amount of chicken, to go along with your delicious salad.

Again take out.
Husband got gyro platter plenty of meat but only one pita and it was all cut up. No fork or napkins in the bag. They weren't busy so. But I got to clean the bird bath and give them my water bottle.

I come in every other Monday night and the employees are amazing. Food is great. Greeters are so sweet and helpful.

The food here is amazing! Had the chicken Greek salad and pita. And don't forget the baklava and the almond cookies too!

Undercooked potatoes and tiny tiny dry falafel

It was good. Not too fancy, but not too low class. The food is good, but again not out of the ordinary. My gyro was similar to Arby's but not as greasy.
