Bought some touch up paint for two of my cars they were too expensive for the amount you receive. It works good but the price made me question whether to buy or not. Store was clean and people were friendly.

Short staff and the lady that works there was having some issues, slamming things, complaining of the amount of work but had no overide register access. Totally unprofessional.

Thank you Karen for making Father's day easier. You went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to solve the problem!

Called ahead and when we got there they had everything ready so we were in and out good service

Douglas provides top notch customer service, listens to customer concerns and provides well formulated explanations appropriate to the level of knowledge of the customer, quickly but thoroughly, covering all necessary points, whether it be a part or a procedure. Role model for other associates in the region (especially the New Haven location, don’t go there, come to this location instead).

The guys working at this store love their customers and they've actually got a lot of EXPERIENCE. They always go out of their way to help you. Their prices are pretty fair and the parts are decent quality, which translates to a good value for customers. Whatever you can think of, they'll probably get it next day from an Orlando warehouse if they don't have it on the shelf.

Can't rate any higher. Sadly got too bad of an attitude from the older blonde lady that was working there. Maybe she was having a bad day but if that is the case I suggest either dealing with the stressful day or finding a new line of work. I like the franchise itself and don't mind shopping here. This location however does not represent the core values and awesome service that I normally get from other O'Reilly locations. I ended up going to Advance Auto because of this awful level of customer service.

I have been here several times. Great staff and wide selection of parts. Plus it's close to my house.

They're okay lil pricey on some stuff but if discount dont have the part maybe orielly or bennet lol

The whole crew is awesome and always willing to help also very knowledgeable. I would go here out of the four spots that are in a mile radius

Very knowledgeable staff with a good inventory. If you need a car or rv battery they are the place to go.

Excellent place for parts very helpful no pressure to get you to buy other things you don't need

My husband gets all of our parts here for our car. O'Reilly's is way better than a lot of the part stores around town.they offer good warranties on majority of their parts. I have never had not one problem with any of the parts we have purchased from here. But have had many many many problems with the other part stores not going to name names

I purchased "new" 5 quarts of oil that had been opened and filled with old oil. I did not check this before because this should never happened had to have a friend drive me back since I had already drained the car. Not even an apology.

Highly recommend! I can’t believe how helpful this store is. Ive never went there without leaving satisfied. Bud has helped me with my car a few times and he is so friendly and just a really good person. Today I went and another man helped. Didn’t get his name but he’s super tall. Haha. He was very helpful. I wish I could mention his name.great guys work there & they are very kind to help a clueless girl fix a car problem ;)

Great place great product and great prices. I only use this place for auto parts. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable!

There’s a guy there named Bud, who bends over backwards to make sure you have everything you need in caring for your car. He’s got lots of tips!

O’Reilly down in 192 is great Rupert Manager is the best always ready to help and go extra mile. Like to get my car parts from this store. Thanks Rupert
