Manager jamaal went out his way to make sure he find a set of studs I needed today, all store show they had but no one can find it but he made it happen especially I need my truck running today, cant find good help like him today.very great full

This is a relatively new store in our neighborhood, but almost everytime I've gone in they've had what we needed in stock and if we had to order something it came quickly and correctly. Great people, very helpful. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Very helpful workers but they dont always have what I need but are willing to order and retrieve them ASAP.

Reasonable prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, and with a phone number you can keep track of all your vehicles and history of parts and build points.

I love this auto parts store and will not shop anywhere else. Stopped by today with a dead battery in my wife's van. I am not a car repair guy and I had no idea how to take the battery out and put a new one in because of where it was located in engine compartment. Thomas and Jose were super helpful. I left the store with a new battery and I know the van will start every time for my Mrs. Thanks Guys!

I came here frustrated and crying because David Maus Volkswagen north wanted to charge me and arm and a leg for a simple fuse change. VW neglected giving the publicly available schematics; turns out there’s a much better option. Go visit THOMAS. He went out of his way to calm me down AND solved my simple schematic issues that David Maus VW North refused to solve. If you have a Volkswagen don’t come anywhere else. Friendly, and knowledge service at a fair price. I couldn’t ask for more.

WOW! Honestly when you are stranded with a dead battery look nowhere else but O'Reilly. They go above and beyond for you.
Jeremy was my saving grace. I called several other competitors to no avail but Jeremy without hesitation came to test and jump start my battery at my location.
Quick drive to the store and after great customer service (from him and other members) I left feeling appreciated and valued as a customer AND a person.

My battery was still under warranty. Daniel at O'Reilly's tested it and replaced. Very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service.

I absolutely love this location! The guys there are always personable and helpful. Good knowledge base and have helped me a lot. They know how to treat people and it keeps me coming back. Especially Alex- so nice!

This place has an excellent group of employees. They have a very good specials all month. The oil and filter combo is hard to beat their prices.

I had a wheel hub assembly which I purchased at another O'Reilly location wear out prematurely. Jeremy was unbelievably helpful with the exchange! The rest of the staff at this location is also exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I was a regular shopper for over a decade at the Autozone and and Advance Auto Parts within a mile of where this location opened just a couple of years ago and because of the quality of the parts and service, O'Reilly has become my first choice.

Crappy customer service. What's with the condescending, holier than though attitude. This store must not like MONEY!

As far as auto parts stores go, this place was amazing! My truck broke down on aloma due to a bad battery and alternator. Shout out to Jeremy and Alex! They were the 2 guys on duty at the time and I can tell you right now that youll never find better service than what these guys provided me. THEY BOTH DESERVE A RAISE! I was able to get my truck in their parking lot to work on my vehicle. Without even asking, one of them came out in the POURING RAIN (was a monsoon goin on LOL) and helped me get my battery out (i had very few tools with me) then he took it inside and not only did he test it but after checking that the battery was good but dead, he went ahead and offered to charge it for me. After getting it to a full charge, he went back outside in the thunderstorm amd reinstalled the battery for me just so I could get a break from the rain. I had another alternator at home and could fix it myself but had no way of getting my truck home without a tow. But Jeremy and Alex went WAY above n beyond what was expected to ensure I was set up amd my truck was good enough to at least get me to my next destination so I could finish getting my truck taken care of once i arrived.these two guys could have just done the usual battery check and free battery charge eveeyone offers but not these two. They did everything thry possibly could to help me diagnose the issue and help me fix it to the best of their ability all without even asking. AND the best part was that they didn't even charge me! They helped me for 2 hours and it was all free! Because of them I will definitely go back there whenever i need auto parts and recommend this place to everyone. I normally dont even bother wrotong reviews but these guys really earned it! If they arent thr top earning employees, they should be or at MINIMUM deserve a big raise if this is their everyday attitude (ESP the skinny blonde guy). He rocks! Well, they both do really! 10 star rating!

The employee that checked my battery was extremely helpful and professional, and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend to others who don't prefer being handled for products not necessary.

I stopped in the store, to get a headlight. To my surprise mine was just a loose bulb. Jamal H was very helpful and I appreciated his service to help a lady out he even returned the lightbulb I just bought since it was not needed Jamal was very professional courteous and extremely helpful I highly recommend Jamal and this O'Reilly's location
