Every time that I come here it’s an amazing experience I always look and get what I need even though when I am a little confused the staff is very friendly and they always offer to help when I need

It was just before the hurricane was supposed to hit and I needed help, very nice man (Steven) helped me.great customer service.will definitely shop there again.

I went to buy a part and my card had been hacked he let me he owe him till I went to bank to get money and bring it back allowing my employees to continue working while I took care of bank saving me hundreds

Are you kidding me! These guys are awesome. Definitely know what they are doing. Inexpensive, very professional individuals. Open on time. I'll always return. I've never been treated with such kind intelligence and complete ability to perform their complex job functions. I could go on, but this should suffice.
Of course PRICE is a factor too.

Went to get some fuel line for my truck, they didn't have it on roll. Then decided I'd get the vacuum line. They were out of it too. Everything in the hoses was unorganized and you had to search to find out they were out. It was quicker to order off Amazon.

Great hands on help from the guys behind the register, they are willing to help find the things we need with our vague description with no trouble all the while being professional and friendly.

I want to thank Ryan from the bottom to the top. I drove from Palm Harbor to pick up a trailer in the area and my battery went bad as I was heading over to Auberdale. I had to get a jump at the gas station and was able to get a jump to get to the nearest O'Reilly's. I wish everyone handled things the way Ryan did. He made the day so much better. I was off and ready to go. Thanks again Ryan! You are the man! O'Reilly's is lucky to have you. That's for damn sure~

Also, the store was super clean. That is a pet peeve of mine. I have no complaints WHATSOEVER. Keep up the great job!

Dont go to THIS store - ordered parts online went in there to pick up the parts they told me they couldn't find my order - talked to district manager
WAYNE he said he couldnt refund MY money for the order that I placed online and have a CONFIRMATION # - this WAYNE guy is DISHONEST - its MY money and they kept it and i now have NO parts - what kind of MAJOR company treats PAYING patrons like myself and then are CROOKS by REFUSING to refund your LEGITIMATE order that was lost in the first place - WAYNE is a DISTRICT MANAGER and treats people like THIS? Ask yourself - do YOU want to do business with a company where their DMs are CROOKS and DISHONEST?
