I was trying to purchase some ignition packs for my girlfriend's vehicle. They only had one of a certain brand when I was in need of two so they gave me a deal on two that were of better quality.

IF this one is on Blitchten, HYW 27. This store has improved so much over the last 3 years. I think it's the best store West of I75.
The people treat you as the customer so much better than other stores including the Auto Parts who think they are competitors

O'Reilly's on 10th Street in Ocala is okay the only issue I've ever had was people like to talk in the line when I was like 10 people online and holds up customers but the service is good once you get up there and quick and easy never had any issues just with customers Gap in all the time when they're not really doing anything besides standing there the improvement with that is is that the employees need to learn not to talk to the the customers for a long instead of dealing with the other customers that needs help

I love going to O’Reilly Auto Parts, on NW HWY. 27. It never fails; when I need to know how & what to do about my 2005 Dodge Mag. They answer my problems right away.

The guys there were amazing! I was having issues with the rotors I recently purchased and to speed up my visit the warranted my rotors and replaced them. I installed them and am happy to say that there is no more vibrating when I brake. Thanks guys!

They were able to cross reference a filter to another brand that was in stock, and met with the size and clearance constraints I had to work with. Overall very very helpful.

Both Belleville and ocala were incredible. Although the ocala (NW 10TH st.) stores CSR took it to another level. Easter Sunday of all days. I had a family member rush to the hospital, and of all days I had doubts about finding a part for my old volvo was doubtful. They had my part and Chris at was so considerate and a helped me along and reassuring and made some recommendations. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts!

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service I ever recieved at O'Reilly. The first cashier seemed ready to go and ready to clock out, Alphonso who ended up helping us kept asking the orginal man to "make sure you help your customer before you leave" that mans response, "Well their trying to do price matching soooo" kinda like, this will take a while and I dont have time to wait, first man also asked Alphonso to put my windshield wipers on my car since I previously asked and Alphonso just kinda stood there staring at him never agreed as if he was bothered that he was recommended to do so in the first place. Then Alphonso took over the sale, he started off pretty nice and helpful looking things up for me that I needed, his attitude seemed to switch and change once my mom decided to call my father to see if I needed a full oil change kit or just the oil and filter, as my mom was trying to find out the call took a little longer than expected like (3 minutes) and Alphonso (sounding annoyed) started to ask "OKAY, SO WHAT ARE WE DOING? LIKE ARE YOU GETTING THESE (touching windshield wipers) OR NO" very irritated as if i was wasting his time and a hindrance. I asked, "what would be the total with just the windshield wipers and oil and filter" he was so busy rushing to ask me "WHAT ARE WE DOING" that he asked again and didnt even realized that I asked 2 times the total.he got really rushy and rude and that's usually not my experience at these locations. I go here because the better customer service especially since I know minimal about cars. That's what you are here for and get paid for, to help, or so I thought. I paid and hurried to leave, while doing so lost my debit card. I left so fast I didnt care if I had a receipt, I hate to feel like I'm bothering someone or annoying them, especially when I'm spending money. My mom ran inside to get the receipt and returned all $60 worth of items. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MONEY WITH O'REILLYZ AGAIN, the "why are you still here" attitude is enough for me.

We had car trouble and stopped at O'Reilly in Ocala fl. They were great and helped us so much and there was a gentle there and he also helped us these people were god send. Thank you O'REILLY's. I was searching for a part yesterday and called O'Reilly's in Ocala. Jason was the associate I spoke with and he was such a pleasure to speak with. Very professional and so helpful. Thank you, Jason. It is so difficult to find someone with such a great work ethic and such a friendly attitude. You are appreciated by this customer.

On 3/24/20 I went to this location after being told at a different auto parts I needed to buy a part that I didn’t feel was necessary. I got to this location and Jayson took care of making sure I did not purchase something I did not need, he was very helpful and accommodating. I would like his corporate office to know what an outstanding employee they have. They may want to get several more like him to work in there establishments. Thank you Jayson for a great service.
