Between my wife and I, we own 7 vehicles. A little late model imported sedan, a pick-up, a van, and four motorcycles, going back 5 decades. Needless to say, I need things on occasion. Lol! I have several nearby choices, but always use O'Reilly. They simply have better customer service, and knowledge, across the board. I assume it's the "Corporate Philosophy", but they are so much better than "Brand X"

I live ten minutes from this store, but from my experience, they are all pretty much the same.

Wow! I popped in to get engine code check and they said come back in 50 mins. I went to AutoZone across the road and they checked it within 2 mins. Guess where I’m spending money on vehicles next? Go to Auto-Zone, they are the business.

Went in for a cabin filter for my car. Carol was just fantastic. Quick service, extremely pleasant, and even came out and put the filter in for me!
You can get a part anywhere, but great customer service is a true find!

Ppl inside are great take pride in what they do very nice to go yo parts house and they know what they are talking about.

You pull in. They direct you to a lane. They ask you what you need/want. They hustle and bustle. You're good to go. It's really that easy there. The biggest pain about this place is it's on a busy street. If you can, try to go south on Western, so the place in on your right side. It'll make it a lot easier to get in. It's fast with good pricing.

I've normally never had any issues with O'Reilly Auto Parts, but today was the worst visit I've ever experienced. Lack of employees should never cause you to have a negative attitude towards customers. I myself have worked in parts for almost 30 years so I'm normally understandable. Today I was disappointed with employee attitude towards me and my wife. I will return but it may just be to return my purchase!

I had a dead battery in my car so I started it at home and went to get a battery around 7: 30 am 12 November. When I arrived I turned off my car a then found the store wasn't open because of the hurricane. At 8: 45 I called the district manager who said some one would contact me. As I started to return to my car Carol pulled into the parking lot. Carol ask what I needed, I told her my car would not start and she replied " this my day off and we're on delay opening because of the hurricane but I'm going to help you. " Carol then unlocked the door and gathered some tools and checked my battery and then checked to confirm under warranty and brought up a new battery and headed to the door, i said i could install it and she replied you have waited long enough I'll install it for you. A few minutes later i was on my way.
Carol is and example of a person that believes in customer service. She is an asset to the o riley's organization and such a breath of fresh air when it comes to helping a customer.
The care I get at O'Reilly is why I only shop there. Thank you so much Carol.

O'Reilly always has what I'm after. I had my battery checked and a new one installed in 15 minutes. Try 'em.

Every time I’m here for anything I always ask for Jess and she is happy to help me. I’ve never been in a happier workplace filled with good people. They’re all like a little family. Jess has given me a lot of help, advice, tips, and extra knowledge with things. She’s an amazing employee with a great attitude and will always put customers first! I really hope she becomes manager with the way she treats this job and gets the promotion she deserves!

After being told by the guy at Auto zone that they couldn't change my dead battery that had to be jumped to start again, I went over to O'Reilly auto parts and the lady there had no problem helping me out. And she did a professional job! So BIG shout out to O'Reilly auto parts! Thank You for your help! Oh, and the battery was better than the ones at Auto Zone too.

Amazing device selection and staff. Management was super effective and efficient. Nick, I believe his name was, had the knowledge and suggestions that saved me probably thousands in the long run. By checking one simple issue (that he suggested) before I started dropping my whole pay check on new system I didn't need. Thank you. You've won a life long customer. 10 out of 10
