The gentleman that helped myself and daughter with her car, was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant.

Manager was very helpful in getting us two batteries that were in stock and that would fit our two ton diesel truck.swapped out the batteries and we were on our way!

Very extensive inventory. If the part you need is not on the shelf, they can have it by the same day afternoon or by next day great experience would recommend it highly

My experience at this store is always top class and it's conveniently located right next door my home. Justin and Joe are my favorite people to see there. They smile at you and they will have a short conversation with you and they are warm and welcoming, they are the one's that really make me feel confident about visiting that store and they are very very helpful.over all I think every single employee I've met at this store are top professionals and are truly a team of people who have your best interests at heart. They are the best. Oh and Joe is funny he sneaks in a way to make you laugh and when Justin Leaves to go find you something he's back in no time it's like he's doing magic I never have to be in a rush.

Went to get a new serpentine belt at o’reillys the last week after the hurricane. Also to get my battery checked by an associate there. Joshua did a excellent job of informing me on what parts are needed and was willing to answer all my questions. The woman that checked my battery had great customer service and appreciate her taking the time to explain what could possibly be the problem with the vehicle. The tools that were given unfortunately were not fitting the nut that was for the vehicle to change the belt. Overall: Top customer service, knowledgeable employees, and great store atmosphere especially for it being after a major storm.

Great store. Always very nice to walk in & get greeted with a Hello. Store is really quick on getting what you need, fast. If they don't have what you need at their location, they will check other locations nearby, or they'll order what you need.

The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My car was really overheating I found out it was a heating hose coupler. They knew exactly what the part was had it in stock and even loaned me tools to help me install it unbelievably above and beyond this is my new auto parts store!

On vacation with my family and the radiator started leaking, found a location that had it in stock. Walked in gave them the part number the pulled the item quickly. Beth was very courteous and helpful, offered to let any of my family members to get out of the heat if they wanted to sit in the break room while me and my son changed it in the parking lot. She gave us water offered tools anything to help us with the process. She is absolutely an amazing person and employee!

From the moment we walked in we were treated with exceptional customer service. Joe went above and beyond in replacing my battery. With the battery terminal extremely corroded (like, severely corroded, I’m not sure how it was still working), he patiently and deliberately used his tools and talents to get the battery out. Although it took well over the usual time it takes to replace a battery, Joe remained calm and kept friendly conversation. Thank you Joe for all you did, it’s greatly appreciated!
