Bought a fuel pump that had a crack in it but didnt k ow, called 4 minutes before they closed and they wouldnt answer.was ringing for several minutes ut they was too lazy just to answer to order me another pump for morning shipments

I sent my wife in to pick up a specialty tool, she made the mistake of asking for help from the Chris Stapleton look alike guy behind the counter. After getting no where with the guy another employee helped her. I avoid this guy and have even went to another store where the employees are helpful

I stopped in this morning with a weak car battery that needed to be checked out. The manager immediately helped me by testing the battery and confirming that it was out of tolerance, not surprising since it's five years old. He confirmed the had some in stock to replace it and answered my questions about the options in an easy to understand way and then installed th replacement for me. Thank you!

Usually I love this store but yesterday I got a whole new side of O’Riley

I called your store located at 826 Ohio Ave S, Live Oak, FL 32064 yesterday pertaining a part I just recently bought a few months back and asked for the warranty status (which is still within it 1 year warranty) & according to the man I spoke too: because of the way ‘I worded my question’ he became very rude and unprofessional throughout 99% of the conversation all the way to the point I felt like he was denying me my replacement part so I bluntly said ‘then I’ll ask for my money back’ witch then he said “if your gonna talk like that then I will refuse to serve you if you come in. ”

The way he spoke to me was uncalled for, no matter how I posed a question, period. I didn’t deserve to be treated like I’m less than because I’m a woman or otherwise. I found this conversation to be very discriminating, rude, unprofessional and unflattering to the O’Riley brand. I suggest you re-train your staff at this location so this kind of incident doesn’t happen again.

Needed a battery replaced the guy said his system flagged it as a difficult install it’s a gmc 2500 and he wouldn’t even look at it! Clearly not a difficult install! Poor customer service.

Service isn't the best most of the time. They don't really want to help you though out the store. They just help from the counter

Our car would not start at a motel we were staying at for the night. I called and they come to jump the car and took vary good care of us while being professional and friendly. They are great

I went with my 80 year old mother to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get her battery checked. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Michael not only checked her battery, but installed her new battery as well. The manager fussed a bit because the staff are not supposed to take out batteries, but they were empathic to the needs of an 80 year lady and her daughter. Thank you again for small town service in this crazy mixed up world we live in!

Great. Went in because of battery. The manager said you are entitled to veterans discount. Show me a variety of batteries for my vehicle. Told me which warranty goes with which one. Took the old battery out pop the new one in. Prices were very affordable.

I was able to get the synthetic oil in a 5-quart container at a good price. The man at the counter was courteous and professional I would recommend O'Reilly Auto parts to anyone

Crew on the counter is always helpful. They took extra time to help me locate parts I was having a difficult time sourcing locally. They also have a really good selection of specialty tools

Spectacular! I will say this, Kristina, the store manager, went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I was stranded in Walmart parking lot in a town I have never been in. I needed a starter relay. She came once and she let me know my model f250, without even knowing the year, because she initially didn’t do the looking up for the truck, had a 4 blade relay. She went right back to the store to use original part number and told me she had two in stock. She urged me to get both to have a back up relay because her previous f350 had the same issues of just blowing the fuse. A problem Ford has resolved in the newer vehicles. I said sure why not! I’ll keep it in the glove box. She came back to me within 10 minutes with my relays. About an hour later I had to call her again to see if she had a starter. Of course she had one. She offered to bring it to me, but my supervisor was on his way to help and he would run down there and pick it up. Not only did she sell the starter, but sold the socket set that I needed to get down to the starter bolt and an extension. She went above and beyond to get me going! In the world we live in we need more “Kristina’s” I will be an Oreilly’s customer from now on. And if you ever get a chance to stop in at Oreilly’s let Kristina know Mr Kauffman sent her! Good job young lady!
