O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
8HUGE SHOUTOUT to Manny and store manager Steve! They went above and beyond to help me with my broken down Jeep Patriot! They called a mobile mechanic and he showed up within 5 minutes! Thank you so much you guys rock!
Store was very clean, gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back next time I need a part for my car.
Had color match paint made there for my RV. The technician is very knowledgeable about paint and processes.
I am a home organizer so when I do jobs, I take things for people to dispose of them properly. I organized someone's garage and they needed to get rid of an old battery and oil from an oil change.
I brought the oil and battery into this location and when I walked in I was greeted after a long pause with a sarcastic hello there from one of the guys behind the counter. He took the oil to the back and then said they couldn't take it because there was fuel in it. I said okay, well do you know where I can take it? He said "no where around here will take it because of the fuel mixed in it so you could go dump it in the woods somewhere discreetly. "
I said, absolutely not, what is the proper way to dispose of this? The other worker finally said there is a hazardous waste drop off place off of Commonwealth Ave.
I brought the car battery in and the guy just said, okay yes we can take that. I said, "the owner said I should be able to get some money back for this, is that a thing? " and the guy working said, I cant give you cash back but I can give you a $10 gift card to here, do you want that? Like sure, I'll take what I can get.but he wouldn't have given it to me if I didnt ask.
I surly will not be going back to this location ever again.
I didn't get to see Batman but I did get my part. They always have what I want & if they don't they will get it for me. Employees are helpful normally.only once I had a moody employee but we all have those days lol
Great service! I purchased a battery and they took the extra time to clean off all the corrosion on my old battery, install my new battery, and they gave me some maintenance tips.
You need it they pretty much got it. And they will deliver sometimes. Depending what you spend and what you get
