O'Reilly Auto Parts, Homestead FL

My husband and I were at O’Reilly Auto Parts last week looking for a replacement battery for our motorcycle. We were well attended immediately and found what we were looking for.

Visited the store not too long ago to buy some washer fluid and overheard two older men (one bald, one short with glasses) making fun of each other and using homophobic language in Spanish while other customers besides myself were in the store. The two men were stocking the washer fluid I needed and some coolant. This is highly unprofessional and downright disrespectful to the community. I turned around and went across the street to advanced auto to buy the washer fluid.

They sell the best Burgers and fries
. In all of US1. Coca-Cola bottles are only 2$. And the popcorn 4$.
Beat place to eat and drink some Cold Drinks.

It is what it is, and with the classic level of Homestead under-staffed-ness, it's no better than any other options for parts & pieces.

I'm always looking for parts for my truck. I recommend it, good treatment, and good prices.

After going to several places here I found what I was looking for and it was cheaper than in other places

Around 1: 15 today 5 employees around while im waiting with my item ready to be checked out. It wasn't until I got one of their attention that I was rung up. Guy told me to calm down after pointing out i've been standing there for 10 min.

Called ahead to see if they had an ACDelco battery to replace the one in my 2003 GMC. They were prompt in providing information. When I went into the store to buy the battery, I need to say they had excellent customer service.

Excellent. Saved me as I jeered a battery and was 50 miles from home. They had the exact one at fair price. My car is a firebird and the alternator stopped charging. They hooked me up with everything I needed. And my Car is in beautiful shape. Thank you Oriely Auto parts.

Kevin is the only competent employee. Had me in and out with in minutes. He gets five stars. Other employees told me they didn’t have the part in stock, because they wanted to juggle funnels instead. The fat guy with the corn rows, must fill an extra special quota, for dummies they have to hire according to state law.

Very unprofessional stood in the store 10 minutes and was not asked do I need help the entire time so I ended up walking out

I love going there. The store is bright and well laid out. The associates are friendly and helpfull.
