Super grateful for this store and for Terrance. I had to make a quick stop to get the latch fixed on the trunk of my vehicle and Terrance was able to fix it no problem. Definitely a great place to go, the staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to help!
The check engine light came on and I called O'Rielly to see if they provided a diagnostic check. They mentioned that they provided the service for free. When I arrived Terrance assisted me. He explained what the codes meant and took the time to show me what was being affected on my vehicle. He also, changed my wiper blades and treated my vehicle with care. The service was great!
They have parts you need if they don't have it they can get it they are very helpful when trying to get you parts you need
Terrence helped me replace a complicated battery swap. The cable was so badly corroded that he had to think on his feet for a solution. This man was polite, thorough, and so knowledgeable. 10/10 experience. Will come back here every time for any of my auto needs.

I woke up with a battery problem today, and was dreading dealing with it, but Big T and Tumi made my day! First off, Tumi (not sure I spelled that right) actually answered the phone! And he confirmed he had my battery in stock and would put it in when I arrived. When I got there, Big T informed me the battery should be under warranty, tested it, and confirmed it's bad (and only that), and Big T cleaned the terminal so I can make it with jumps to Mazda. Thanks Gentlemen, you rock!

The staff at the O’Reilly’s Flagler location in Fort Lauderdale are wonderful! Everyone there is friendly and very helpful to customers. Terrance did an excellent job helping me first; test my car battery, sold me a new battery and was kind enough to install the battery for me.
