My husband is a loyal O'Reilly's customer. They are helpful, stocked with needed items, and convenient. O o o O'Reilly's Auto Parts Owwww.

I went into several auto parts out of convenience. Nobody had or could order my neutral safety switch. O'Reilly's headed there the very next day. They always seem to be able to help with those hard to get parts

Great place, Jesse behind the counter was a huge help, very understanding and patient with me when trying to make my decision on the parts I needed. He truly gave exceptional customer service, I recommend him to help you if you visit this orielley's

Needed some new windshield wiper blades. The young lady at the counter (don't remember her name) was very knowledgeable and installed the wipers in a flash. I was very impressed.
O'Reilly's is now my go to for anything auto related.

Went in tonight and got some great help from Dillon! He helped me find the headlights i needed and even helped install them. Fastest trip to the auto store ever!

The folks working in this store were super helpful today! The part I needed wasn't in stock but was at warehouse and could be there by 11am. Unfortunately the part didn't make it to store. Due to my profession I would not be able to wait until late that afternoon to get the part when the delivery guy could bring it to store, so one of the employees went to pick up the part and being it back to store for me. Driving an eighteen wheeler, we have to keep our trucks legal to run. By them going after the part and I was able to repair my truck and get back on road without having to cancel a load. So grateful and blessed by these friendly folks!

Probably the nicest and most knowledgeable parts store I have been to! In the morning you have the older Gear heads that have all the knowledge! Later in the evening you have a little bit younger crew, but they are happy to assist and willing to get the right answers for any and all questions! Omg shout out to the O'Reillys here in Jacksonville Florida they really do go above and beyond for their customers Charlie and the gang thank you for your kind service because of you all me and my husband won't be stranded

I would not recommend this location. The staff thought Discussing Family Feud and what Steve Harvey wore the previous night was more important than customer service. The Manager Steve was indifferent and seemed to be just waiting for payday. If you must use Oriellys, go to another location.

Hands down greatest auto parts store I have been to. By far the best customer service. A gentleman by the name of Dillon went above and beyond this evening to help with an issue of confusion I had. I give this place a capital A +

Went to other auto parts stores & they did not have my car part. I remembered O'Reilly's on North Main Street & they had my car part.
Will be back.
