Assistant manager at the counter was very rude. Asked him if he knew what part I was talking about, said he did and still brought the wrong part. Tried to explain it to him and he ignored me. Left and went to Napa.

Always went there when I was redoing my Dodge Ram. Went in there this morning I'm not redoing my Dodge Magnum to get some red primer and some new wiper blades, I spent $53 on the blades and ask them if they can install them they said when they get a second the second turned into almost 20 minutes so I returned them. They say it's a courtesy but when I just dropped $53 for a wiper blades and spent over $1,000 an hour in the past year you think they'd be a little more courteous. Lost me.

Walked in with a quote that had military discount on it. The man behind the counter balled it up, said it's just a quote and charged me full price.

Problem I have is the commercial side Kathy has a real issue in how to talk to and treat people. Other employees are great.

Lowest prices of the Big 3 (AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly), great staff and very friendly. They helped me find the right part within my budget and they offer 10% off military and a rewards program. I'd use them again no problem! Also they had most everything in stock or could get it a lot faster.

As an experienced mechanic, I appreciated the excellent customer service I received and the speedy service. I have used other parts houses in the past but I believe I will be coming back to O'Reilly's from now on. The parts counter personal were knowledgeable and helpful, especially since I own a foreign sports car.

I am a total fan of O'Reillys. I shop nowhere else for auto parts. And this store was exactly why. The assistant manager David quickly assisted me in replacing a broken wiper blade and getting it back on my vehicle within a matter of minutes. And on top of that he searched records until he found that my blade was under warranty. Excellent service.

They almost always have the parts I need for the commercial truck that I own and if they don't have them on the Shelf they usually have them by the next day
