I visit Organic Nails frequently in the Lake Nona area and always come out happy with my nails and pedicures. Katie does my dip nails and does a great job! She takes her time and is meticulous with the shape and overall look of the nails. I also see Be for pedicures and sing my praises about her too! All very nice people and I’m happy I have a nail place to go to that are not only service friendly but also does a great job!

Excellent service! I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday for the first time & they did not disappoint. Tina was our tech and she was very professional, patient and efficient with explaining everything to my daughter. The next day (today) we came back for a cut down cause she changed her mind about the length & they were also very gracious & helpful. The owner did the cut down; again very patient and understanding. Great place. Thank you Tina & Owner!

Very satisfied with the results Organic Nails & Spa brings. I got gel manicure and gel manicure services here. The staff was very friendly very polite very professional. As soon as I got there and selected my color I immediately was put into a chair and had service. The staff members take the time to understand your preferences and tailor the service accordingly.

This is my go to salon! They are amazing where! Gin is my nail artist! The best in Orlando for anything I mean it! Please book in advance! The owner is absolutely amazing and is always so welcoming and attentive.

I have been going to Organic Nails for the past few years and they are truly the best in the area, especially as it relates to customer service. The other salons are not welcoming and just don’t have the best service. I am a client of Gin’s and words cannot describe how good he is. We have a wonderful relationship and he is great with designs and tailoring services to what you like. Since I have been getting my nails done by him, they have been the healthiest and I constantly get compliments each time I get them done! I have nothing but great things to say and will remain loyal as long as they continue their quality and level of service!

Great salon, very happy! Was referred to Jin by a lady while I was waiting for a facial in a different salon when I was asking the gals at the desk because the salon I was going to was not working out for me. All the staff are very friendly there, and place is very clean!

They don’t know how to manage. I came in as a walk on for a pedicure, expecting a wait. A man said have a seat at one of the stations. I thought of nice! I’ll get started soon. 25minutes later no one has said a word to me or looked at me. I left, no one said anything. This salon used to be really good. I wonder what happened to the lady that used to run the place. She knew who was where, what order clients came in, and told you the wait. I expect a wait as a walk in, but do me the courtesy of telling me how long and giving an update. Don’t just ignore me.
