Original On Hold Inc was great to work with and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend them.

We used OnHold Inc for our IVR menu recordings for our main office and for our contact center. The main office recording were pretty straight forward because they were all in English, but the contact center recordings were in English, French, and Spanish. All I had to do is provide the scripts to OnHold Inc. (in English) and they were able to get them translated and recorded in the appropriate languages. Turn around time was roughly a week, maybe less. The process was simple. They even sent the recordings back to me with the file names I suggested to make things easier for me to upload into my phone system, which by the way is RingCentral and NICE InContact. The recordings sound great!
