The rep from Orkin was Doug. He was so professional and explained in detail what he was going to do around our home.
He explained before his treatment what type of insects it would prevent from coming into our home.

Doug is a great communicator and very professional with excellent manners. He told me to call the office anytime if he needs to come back for any reason. I will recommend Orkin and Doug to my neighbors and friends for sure.

Nice to have a notification before the visit. Was able to watch the service being performed and he did such a thorough job. It is nice to have the techs report along with what was used.
Have used Orkin over a year, since they started they took care of a rat problem, exterminated the few cockroaches we had seen.

Orkin workers were professional, experienced, courteous and very knowledgeable. They got the job done expeditiously.

This company was recommended by another local pest control company that does fumigation. I called and spoke to rep. Steve and was told in order to obtain a quote for their services, an inspection by their inspector is required to be present. Told him I am out of town for a couple of weeks, and my brother can let the inspector into my home. Steve said they will not do any inspections unless the homeowner is present, no explanation, just kept repeating himself like a parrot. Thank you, Steve, for the crystal clear clarification! So, long story short, this company will not conduct an initial inspection of your home, unless you can present an id showing your name matching the deed to your home, no exceptions. Even if someone lives with you full time, but their name isn't on the deed, don't bother calling. Top notch customer service from this company.

My only comment at this time it would have been nice if they would CALL FIRST, to set up time to come out.like in the past!

I am very pleased with Orkin Pest Control, the technicians are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure we get the best service possible. They are also very punctual, reliable and friendly, I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control.

Gentleman came on time. Very professional. He was able to answer throughly my 100 questions in depth. We have a big ant problem and 19 wasp nests. He treated the whole inside and outside of the house. They even treated the yard around the perimeter of the house. I am very grateful to have this pest problem completely taken care of. Having a on call service pest control.

We had Orkin for 2 years, after canceling with them, they showed up today without an appointment trying to do their annual inspection. Not one “annual inspection” for 2 years, and when the termites did swarm they stated that it would take about 6 weeks to come out and they won’t be swarming then.
It was always a chore to get any kind of service. Always used the excuse of new management or new people to blame for prior issues. Thank you no more business from us again. Do not contact us period. And if you’re reading this, look for another company, otherwise you will regret it.

Normal pests maintenance every month. I usually don't see them. I need precise time and they can't do that. I own a window cleaning company and do a great job of estimating time of arrival. I keep Orkin because they do the best job and I've tried several. Saw truck outside, they didnt knock. Then they were gone without coming in.

They over promise and under deliver. They will tell you all these things come with your membership but then never show up at your house for service. If you complain the manager will tell you there’s nothing they can do. If you try and get in contact with someone they will never call you back.
