John with Orkin does a great professional job and takes the time to address the problems you are having. He has a personal touch that is priceless especially when you are having a mosquito or bug problem. Highly recommend John and Orkin for their services.

This rating is due to this location office management which is horrible! They are very unprofessional, disorganized and unreliable! An incident happened at my home on the 3rd and I was told a plumber was suppose to be coming to fix the issue. However, no one reached out to me about the issue! I don’t have spam calls blocked on my phone, I have service 24/7 and was told by the manager that they called several times and they couldn’t get in touch with me and they had a plumber ready on July 4th yet I was first told no plumber will be available that day since it’s a holiday! So they basically lied! After I haven’t heard from anyone I reached out to them on July 6th, I was told a plumber will reach out to me but wouldn’t be available until Saturday 8th. I don’t understand how the plumber was available the day right after the incident which was on a holiday July 4th and is now when it’s not a holiday he’s not available until couple days later. Anyways, I asked them to have the plumber contact me because I’m not available Saturday 8th but since it’s an urgent situation and I need my kitchen sink to be working so I will try to squeeze him into my schedule by knowing early what time exactly he will come. The manager William told me they gave the plumber my information yet he never called on the 6th, I reached out to the office again today 7th in the morning I was told by one of the girls that the manager is in a meeting that she will let him know, it’s now the afternoons… I reached out again she said he just did a delivery that she haven’t told him yet but she will now. I don’t understand why so much lies and how they are so unreliable! I told her I will contact HR because they keep giving me the run-around and I’ve been very patient about this whole situation and trying to work things out with them but she said “go ahead that’s okay”. This office clearly makes the whole business of Orkin looks bad. They are extremely unprofessional! It’s now Friday 7th in the afternoons and still never heard from this plumber!

John is absolutely amazing, I give him 5 star for his service. He’s very nice and professional! Also, very knowledgeable, he explains everything before he begins the service, answers all your questions and concerns while suggesting the best option.

HOWEVER, the office management is very unprofessional and unreliable. They were suppose to send out a plumber to my home and they lied stating they called many times and I never received any calls from them, clearly if I did I wouldn’t have to constantly try to get in contact with them. The plumber never reached out to me, I’m stuck and I don’t know what to do and what’s going on.

Our exterminator Andrew C is absolutely amazing! I mean he goes above and beyond. He is by far the best person I have ever had to deal with and that makes me want to continue using Orkin. Orkin is soooooo lucky to have him! He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on his face. Thank you so much Andrew!

My tech John always arrives on time He is polite and has continued to show professionalism. My issue has been handled in a timely manner. Very thorough initial consultation. Exterminator who did the spraying for termites was conscientious and kind.

To soon to tell. Since using Orkin, my weeds have returned to my lawn. Sending a tech to check it out. However, my lawn is greener; assuming it's being fertilized. Hard to communicate with tech in English.
