When I called the customer service representative, they just seemed interested in collecting the fee. The technician Gary was however very professional and knowledgeable. He returned as he said he would and went around the house to identify entry source for rats.

He was very polite prompt and through. He explained things well regarding.y her.ite baits. Thank you

Orkin has been consistently asking me to review their services so I will say this: I am reviewing Orkin in St Lucie/Martin County FL ONLY. Being the company is so large. It really depends on who your servicer is. The first time I called Orkin I had recently purchased a home that was left vacant and unocccupied and it had a terrible problem with bugs. The first inspector they had come out was extremely uneducated, misdiagnosed my home and the problem continued to get worse after treatment. I called Orkin to cancel because I was so dissapoonted. They asked me for 1 more chance free of charge to have a new inspector come and service. This inspector was very educated. He is the absolute best and his name is Alton. I will not work with anyone else. He diagnosed the correct type of bug and tailored the treatment to it. He has been servicing me for over a year and I havent seen any insect in my home since he started treating my property. Alton deserves to be recognized at Orkin, he is passionate about his work and it shows. He is also very friendly and respectful and always provides honest feedback. I stayed with Orkin because of Alton.
