SCAM ALERT! I switched to them for renewal because the website stated the fee was $99 and I also received a couple of their emails confirming $99 fee. LIES! They charged me $150 for the 7 month renewal. The receptionist was Ok but pushy and condescending, but the doctor (Dr Snell) was extremely RUDE and would not only not let me talk, not let me answer what he asked but would not answer the little I managed to ask. I left with many more questions than I had before going in AND got ripped off.
Besides the office is impossible to find and there was no open handicapped spots as the cars parked had no handicap tags. I called the cops

This place is awesome. They take walk-ins and are very friendly and fair with pricing. Many places like Miracle Leaf will overcharge and see you in as late as 2 weeks - this place had me in and out in minutes and I got my license the next day. Thank you, Tempest!

The process was fairly simple. BUT business is on the top floor inside the building. If have trouble like I did. You can call the front desk and they’ll explain how to get to them. Once inside process is fairly Simple. Nice people/clean environment
