Makes the scene as comfortable as possible (puts any music you like, gives option for lidocaine, talks to you through the process, and gives you a vibrating tool to distract you). The office is bright, clean, and calming. He's transparent about the prices and healing process. Great options on jewelry. Overall amazing patient service!
Stevo has done several of my piercings since 2013 with NO infection after. Very friendly staff and take their time educating you and making your experience comfortable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be going back soon!
Matt did an amazing job piercing my daughter while the price was unexpected I was glad we did it with him no swelling no bleeding he was very professional caring explained everything clearly and went over care with us definitely will return back to this location if ever wanted another piercing
My daughter got her second lobe piercing today and they were amazing from start to finish. From the phone call to make an appointment they were extremely friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. When you arrive it is beautiful when you walk inside. Extremely clean and inviting. Matt got us signed in and gave us water to drink while we waited. You walk into a room to go over the procedure, pick your jewelry and pay. Matt was extremely inviting and knowledgeable. Next is the piercing room where Matt was very detail oriented and took extra time in measuring to make sure it was in the perfect symmetrical spots. From start to finish he explained in great detail not only to me as a parent but to my daughter. This helped so much because she was nervous about pain. It was quick and painless and looks amazing. My daughter loved it so much she cannot wait to get another piercing! We will for sure be back because it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.
